Great location to downtown and hot sprongs.

Awesome stay in an adorable town. Clean room, awesome breakfast!

It was decent for the money

The two staff members handling check-in and check-out were very unfriendly and cold.

Suite was perfect for our party - plenty of space Staff excellent and close to the gondola to get to the theme park and caves

Checked in at 10 pm and was not notified in advance that they were having an Elm Fly invasion. We were told we could get a refund, but where were we going to go at 10pm, Saturday night??? Upon check out, no compensation or credit given and manager was rude and unaccomodating. Reluctanctly she offered a $40 credit, but in the end was unable to get that processed. I like the location and the beds, but because of the manager we will not stay there again.

Was very clean, spacious king room, loved the layout /floor plan of the room. Comfortable bed, nice staff, nice breakfast. Great location near Iton Mountain Springs and Glenwood Adventure Park.

We wanted close proximity to Glenwood Caverns Adveture Park, a pool and continental breakfast. The pool was closed while they painted outside. They did offer the sister hotel pool within walking distance. During daylight hours, there was constant power tool usage as they cleaned and painted the exterior. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely accommodating. The proximity to the park was excellent.

Room was Clean, beds were nice

Just a quick one night stay. Pool was down for a painting but offered to go to Holiday Inn next door. Clean. Breakfast good. Front desk phenomenal.

Older building, but you wouldn’t know it. Everything has been updated with smart design. Loved the built in suit case stands, bed was comfy, and breakfast wasn’t stale. Only minor downside was the highway noise did filter in through the window pane (might be the original).

tel is a complete mess! The front desk clerk is a complete Hag! So unfriendly! Not even a thank you! Construction and materials laying everywhere! Hazards!

Great location. The hide-a-bed was unfit to sleep on. Rented that room because it advertised as “multiple beds”. The mattress was torn, filthy and lumpy. No one could sleep on it.
