Room decor was well done. Not only was the room poorly cleaned, there was crud in the elevator and the track for the door. Yucky!

The hotel seemed quite humid and not well ventilated. We’ve stayed there multiple times and never felt this way.

Excellent location. Excellent value. Close to where we needed to be.

Oh my! Not up to par… room was dirty, check in was a night mare! Dirty floors, mold on ceiling, the only thing good was indeed breakfast ( aside from rotten oranges) & swimming pool. I won’t stay there again! Do not book through Expedia… they had my pd reservation listed under a man name Ronald.. I’m a female named Sheila! Good grief! Waiting 38 mins for a room the only reason I didn’t leave was because they wouldn’t refund my $$! I want to post pictures but you will need to look at my Google review for that!

This hotel is literally right off of the highway (65) so very convenient. Breakfast was good. They even had a pork-free sausage option which was amazing for our family. A few spiders near/under the AC unit (since we had to unplug and plug it). AC does kick on and off throughout the night instead of staying on but we visited during a heat wave too! Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

Breakfast was not good. There were no plates or working pancake maker and food and coffee creamer was running out both days with no refills. There was hardly anything to eat when I went to breakfast an hour prior before it was supposed to end. Just not stocked well.

The manager helped me with a schedule issue because of a flight problem at Louisville. Very grateful for the shift and understanding given the importance in being here that weekend.

Every thing was great

The breakfast attendant was wonderful. She deserves 5 stars! Breakfast was delicious. Great experience!

There were 3 bugs so not happy with that. But the beds were extremely comfortable.

I liked the conjoining rooms and the size of the rooms. We do wish there was a laundry room for guests. We were in a storm the first night and none of our sweatshirts ever dried out. Also pool could use more chemicals..

Room itself wasn’t bad, however, the bathtub had a sizable constant drip and to take a shower more water ran out of the spout then coming out of the shower head!

The room was dirty dead bugs on the floor have pictures. Towels had blood stains on them and there was no hand towels left I. The room had to ask for them.

When we first entered the room immediately we spot the dirty bath tub with thick layers of soap scum. We let the front desk know and she said she will need at least 30 min to get a chance to take care of it. We left for dinner and came back in about 2 hours and the bathtub was cleaned. However, when we turned the shower on we noticed the drain went down super slow due to being clogged. We had to turn the shower off a few times just to let the water drain to finish one shower. Plus, when you needed to pull the plug to let the water come out from the shower head the faucet came half way out of the wall! As we stay longer we noticed 3 very noticeable finger prints in the bathroom door and the area around the bathroom door handles and the handles were just full of fingerprints. The TV remote even felt sticky to the touch. All of these signs made us not trust their swiming pool either even though kids were excited about swiming. We didn’t take the breakfast in the hotel either because we could not trust any amenities. When we talked to the front desk about all of these issues we found she told us to call back in an hour to talk to the manager and we did and a different front desk lady kept asking what the phone call was about and after we told her we GOT HANG UP. So we had to hold our plan to go the Mammoth Cave and go back to the Holiday Inn to find the manager. We showed the mgr all the issues in the room and still waiting for a resolution from him.

The front desk person named Tori I believe was such a great help!! She was amazingly sweet and helped me with a problem. Also our room was super clean. Loved it here.
