stayed for a concert at orion. great price

The selling point for this property is the location. There is a lovely walking path beside the hotel with lots of nice small restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is fine- but is definitely showing some wear and tear- old carpet, water spots, lots of dings in the furniture. The beds are comfortable which is a redeeming quality for the room.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! What i wnjoyed the mist was the breakfast! The servers wait on you and it fives that extra bit of something.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb.

A good amount of the staff was friendly and the area around the hotel was nice. Many options for food and shopping.

Great experience except for the person that stayed in the room before me peed in the ice bucket and it wasnt clean.

I liked how close it was to a lot of shops. The breakfast buffet was not what I expected for it being 15 dollars. The waffles were still doughy and the contents of the breakfast looked like it was a regular free continental breakfast you'd get at any other hotel. Otherwise the service was great and I had a nice clean room each day.

The Toilets was built for short people - There was a leak in our room coming in from the top of the window and instead of moving us when I reported it they gave us towels and a bucket, and yes maintenance looked at it . The Cleaning staff did not return my Tissues Box and went I went to get a box, they do NOT SPEAK ENGLISH..It took 3 people to get it for us . I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS . Plus I though I I got the one with a free Breakfast, only to find out no I did not and I am sorry - But 17.00 is to much . I Hop has a better deal .I promise if we come that way again - I will stay somewhere else..

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The property is in a freat location, and is easy to get in and out. Parking is a breeze, and nearby attractions are easy to get to. There are a few areas where cleaning could be improves (hair and dust around the rim of the tub, hair on the bedspread) but otherwise freat! We will stay here again.

disappointed I booked and requested Handi Cap Room on first floor 2 months in advance called the night and booked aa requested a room on top floor as well, night before leaving out I called to confirm room that I requested on first floor person who answered phone verified said yes, I see 2 rooms 1 on 1st floor Handi cap room and 1 on 4th floor. When I arrived front desk instead tried to give me 2 rooms on 4th floor, I said one room should be Handi cap with Walkin shower my mother is in a wheelchair I requested Handi Cap with walk in shower, they told me that none is available give her a room on 5th floor that didn't have Walkin shower problem is trying to get her legs over the tube wall. other than not getting what I requested this is a very nice hotel.

I always love staying here when I come to town to visit my mother. The staff is always so pleasant, the room was clean, and I feel very safe staying here. My only complaint was the TV. I couldn't get it to work the first night of my stay and then I asked someone at the desk the next morning and she said I had to unplug the tv to reset it and press the up button. Maybe add some instruction in the room? Other than that, lovely stay.

It was a nice place to stay and convenient to the business meetings I had scheduled.

The Midtown area has good dining options and easy access to the Research Park area.

The hotel is in a great location near many activities and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Hotel room was dirty. Son spilled water on the tile, we wiped it up, and the rag came up black. Could not walk barefoot on the carpet because it had a disgusting crunchy texture. Brown dirty stains found on bathroom shelves under the sink. Stains on desk. Overall, unimpressed by cleanliness.

Great stay, will definitely be back!

It's a great location for families or adults. Many food and entertainment options in walking distance.

Changed a full nights stay without check-in.

I am in the area for work and this facility is close to the site. It has nice local amenities within walking or a very short drive distance. It is also merely a 20 minute drive from the airport. This staff is very friendly and the live music on Wednesday nights in the lounge is an awesome treat.
