Very clean

The bed was extremely hard with lumpy pillows which I thought was awkward. They had a ceiling fan that didn’t work and two light switches which you would think were to turn it on but they did nothing. There was a light on the ceiling fan so because that did not work it was extremely dark in the room. The bathroom was disgusting as far as dirt in the corners etc. I can’t even describe what the smell was upon arriving throughout the room. A mix of bleach or chlorine.

Its a decent hotel, but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was lacking compaired to hotels in this price range. It's excellent if you're on a budget.

Staff were all wonderful. Anything we needed they got on right away.

My family and I were here for 1 night on a road trip. It was roomy for the 6 of us. However, the pullout sofa bed was in poor shape. Thankfully I had 2 littles who could sleep ok on it, but I felt bad letting them sleep there. They do have a pool which the kids had a blast in. It was nice to have a small dining table, fridge, and microwave in the room. Also, it seemed there was quite a bit of construction going on at time of visit (July 2025)

Room was spacious, room clean for the most part. bedside clock not able to reset, phones not working, totally unacceptable. needed management to open family members door because of inability to call to ensure safety early morning.

Unfortunately, this property is not the same as it once was. The entire building, even the front lobby, was very humid and has a musty smell. The room itself was so musty that my mold allergies would not stop flaring up. We ended up checking out at 3AM and switching to another hotel since I was unable to sleep. They need to fix this issue.

The toilet literally stopped working multiple times.

I would not stay here again. This hotel has made minor cosmetic improvements but it was not clean or comfortable. Our A/C unit was so loud, it sounded like a tractor every time it started up. The room also had a humidity issue, causing the blinds to have mildew on them and everything feeling damp. The tub was patched but really needed to be replaced. Additionally, our room (414) was right next to the housekeeping closet so starting at 7am, we were constantly woken with doors opening and closing and housekeepers talking. The breakfast was barely edible and we ended up eating elsewhere during our trip.

Nice place for a great rate. Close to many things. Staff was very pleasant. The pool didnt filter well and there were many bugs in the water. Gym was small amd had the necessities but nothing worked except stationary bike. I managed to get a good sweat with the 3 set sof weights they had since room had no AC.

When I went to check in at around 4:45pm I was told housekeeping was behind and no room was ready yet. I had no where else to go. I had a seat in the lobby and then in less than 5 minutes they had a room for me. It was just kind of not expected. I was coming from out of town and was exhausted to be told my room wasn’t ready was initially upsetting. Glad it was fixed fast but those things shouldn’t happen.
