周辺にはウオルマートしかなく、殺風景なロケーションですが、設備は申し分ありません。朝食も充実。特にシーツの肌触りが最高で、ぐっすり眠れました。

Stayed overnight to visit our son. Have stayed here a few times before with no issue. This time, however, it seemed the hotel has gone downhill. The air conditioner would not go under 72 degrees (very stuffy in the room), No vent in the bathroom (again stuffy and mold inducing), and they did not have any decaf coffee for breakfast. With the variety of hotels in the area, we probably will not stay here again

Beds could be queens instead of Full size.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Love mostly the full set Kitchenette, so I was able to continue eating as if ai was at home.

Great rooms, clean, and nice staff. HVAC system was pretty loud and pool was closed with no notice while we were booking.

The last time I stay, the dishes was not really clean, but overall was good

A very nice hotel. Everything was perfect. The only negative point is far of the I-95

Hot water took hours to come on. Fridge and freezer were broken. Door was stuck and could only be opened in upward motion. Keys became disabled at one point.

Noisy room, poor a/c, access is weird.

There was an issue with the water taking very long to get hot in the bathroom. The Queen bed kept making noise whenever we sat on it, like simething in it was loose. The card keys and key on my Hilton app kept not working.

I thought since it was a new hotel it would be good but I have a strong feeling that they reuse the same rooms. Bed is small and uncomfortable. EVERYTHING dirty. bugs in the room.

The room say queen sized beds are offered, that’s not what we received . These room have full size beds in them. When I asked for a room with a bigger bed I was told ‘the same size bed are in all of the rooms.’

Kids were running up and down the halls way too much

Pleasant overnighter after running a half-marathon. Had a billing issue that was quickly and pleasantly rectified. Would come again.

Staff is good. The issue was with the reservation. Hotels confirmed that I had 2 days booked. When I got there, on day two, they called me and asked me why I did not leave the hotel? I asked why. They said it seems I booked it for only 1 night. I showed them hotels.com snapshot / confirmation email. They added another night for my stay but the next day (today), I received an email from them that due to canceling my reservation I may have to pay a fine. I called them and they have no idea what happened! From my side, I am not sure what is going on and do not want to pay extra money to the hotel for a cancellation that did not occur!

The room was awesome as far as clean and it’s great having a full fridge and freezer. Our air conditioner was making a horrible high pitched sound so I called to complain and even at 10:30 at night they were extremely accommodating and moved us to a new room! Breakfast was great as well, so many options!

The air was set to 75 and we could not turn it down lower so the room was warm.
