It was a good trip. Fair service

This was probably the worst experience we have had at a hotel. The staff was giving unnecessary attitude and was unhelpful throughout our 10 day stay. Even though our room was meant to be serviced every 3 days, they never did. After requesting multiple times, we received subpar servicing. Out of the 2 beds, only one was serviced, the dirty towls on the floor were not taken, and the room was barely even cleaned. The breakfast was okay besides the fact that they ran out of milk as soon as breakfast started. When we went to the front desk again, we were told to find something else to eat.

Sound-proofing should make better

The property looks new and in great condition. Excellent parking. Useful kitchenette. Good lighting in bathroom. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were very thin. No separate blanket, just the bed cover on top (that I like to remove). The neighborhood looks a bit rough. Location is convenient to highway.

I was greeted with good customer service upon check in. The staff was friendly and always greeted me each morning during the complimentary breakfast and always answered any questions I had. This was my third time staying at his hotel and I will continue to stay at this hotel for any future travels to Garden Grove and Orange County.

This was our first time staying at this property and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The free coffee/tea in the lobby was a treat! One day my friend and I arrived soaked after getting drenched on the Tiana ride at Disneyland late at night so that hot tea came in clutch. I also enjoyed having liquid hand soap available in the bathroom rather than a bar that always tends to get mushy in the soap tray. Overall great stay and would recommend to couples like myself and large groups and families.

Bad services I had burnt carpet

Newer hotel. Very clean and staff was friendly. Would stay here again for business.

Only here for about seven hours but was clean, quiet and convenient. Wish I could have entered my Hilton Honors info during reservations

Very nice staff and clean room with lots of amenities. Breakfast quality was a little mid but the fruit was very fresh.

Simon was awesome, warm and welcoming during check in. The hotel checked all of the boxes. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything was absolutely perfect for me.

Great stay! Property was new and up to date. Loved the decor, beautiful bathroom and the soft and joyful colors in the room. Bed was cozy. TV was new and has streaming capabilities. Kitchenette was awesome, as well. Staff was helpful and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again!
