Comfortable

朝食を食べて戻ってきたら、鍵が開いていて、ハウスキーピングの人が部屋にいた。 （ちなみに、私たちは１泊の予定だったので、朝食を食べたらチェックアウトする予定だった）。朝食を食べに部屋の外に出ただけなので、もちろん、トランクも開けっ放しのまま。朝食を食べたらパッキングしようと思っていたので、洗面所、キッチン、色々なところに私たちの私物を置きっぱなしのまま。。。盗まれたものがなかったのは幸いだが、自分たちのいない間に勝手に部屋に入られれることに、いい気分がしなかった。

特に悪い所はありませんでした。

The place is quiet, amazing staff and easy to access

This day was enjoyable. The front desk, clerk, samuel was a wonderful, wonderful host. The only misgiving was that the uh, online picture looked like there was a full kitchen in the room This was not so and uh, a little disappointing.

Staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel staff was awesome and helpful.

The hotel is clean. Check in was easy. The front desk attendant was very nice.

Breakfast is terrible. I won’t recommend if you wants to enjoy the breakfast.

Paid for a king suite with a king bed, got a room with 2 full size beds!! Went back down to see about getting another room with a king bed, nothing avail!!! Will never stay here again!! Elevators are steaming hot as is the hall ways!! Uggg!

We love the staff! We felt welcomed at that hotel. We enjoyed the restaurants at Ocotillo as well. Thank you.

Excellent place

Nice place easy to get around and nice staff

The staff was wonderful. I had a friend with dementia staying with me off and on. The staff was welcoming and kind. It really made her comfortable. I appreciate everything they did.

We really liked the hotel and amenities. Breakfast could be a little better. We disliked how many individuals were smoking marijuana in the common areas.

Nice hotel. It is new and has good amenities if you are using for a longer stay, I was staying for 7 nights. Only downside is I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. Mattress seemed worn down, even though the hotel was new...which is strange.

There were a couple of concerns during my stay. 1. The TV never worked was advised to reset it we did that over 10 times it still never worked. 2. Seen a roach in our room. 3. Tissue and the people unable to look through the people. 4. Kids running up and down the hall for more than 20 minutes. 5. Fire alarm sounded I guess they were working on. It scared the mess out of us no message to the customers letting them know what was going on or if it was a real fire 6. Parking I think I would wanna know if I had to pay $15 a day for parking after the room is over $100 a day that is a little concerning and a shocker to most of the customers that I spoke with that were in that hotel. 7. they take way too long to refund you your deposit. 8. Garbage is always sitting in the hallway.

Very clean and friendly my only complaint is the breakfast was not good
