Actually had to check out early. Horrible smell in room. Random people roaming the property. Door room did not close properly. Just a bad experience

This is another property in this area that is infestated with bed bugs. I checked in and as I was ready for bed I saw a huge bed bug just walking on the night stand, when I I told front desk they did not care and did not want to issue a refound, this place is dirty and lacks professional service.

When I arrived, check in was smooth. However, I opened my door, and my room hadn’t been cleaned. The staff cleaned it quickly, and they missed some dirty towels and cooked ramen in the sink. I was willing to forgive that given they rushed. I later came back to the room, and I noticed water from a leak on the floor, roaches, AND DIRTY BEDDING. I mean stained pillows, red-brown mystery streaks with hair on the sheets, and dog hair all over the blanket. No housekeeping staff were around to help fix it. I didn’t care about the weed smoke in the lobby. I spent a terrible night here not sleeping and checked out a day early. I’ve never had a bad stay at a Red Roof Inn before. The hotel looked clean and cared for in the photos and reviews. I felt like I’d been catfished by the hotel. I thought Expedia was trustworthy. I will be contacting Expedia for a refund. Do not stay here.

When i got to the hotel ,there were so many people hanging around. Just hanging out. Didntblook

This place is a first class dive, complete with the hang around a talking it up all night out front…This place is built for shack ups, not quick family stay…don’t waste your time or money…

At check in I was asked how many adults were in my party. There were 2 adults and 2 kids (as I declared on the registration). When the A/C broke the desk clerk asked why there were 4 people in the room, as if I'd lied to them. It was very unprofessional. When he determined he was unable to fix the A/C at midnight he asked if we wanted to check out and he had no other rooms available. He then stated he had one room, which was one double bed, for 4 people, I don't think so. Then he took my husband to the office and magically found another room for us. So at midnight we packed and moved with 2 young kids. It was very inconvenient and we were not offered anything to make up for the issues.

It was just what I needed

Dripping water from the ceiling at the door, door not secure, and hole in the wall. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Room was decent, but not cleaned well. Through the night people were breaking hotel room windows. Too many people hanging around the rooms at night, and drinking and smoking in the stairwells. Elevator was out of service.

my check in experience was very nice. The Manager observed that i was an employee of Fairfield inn. He immediately waived my deposit. My room was clean and my bed was comfortable. It was a quiet peaceful stay. I loved that food and gas was very close by.

Dirty, no toilet paper holder, drunks outside the door till midnight , rude check in ( owner) hot water did not work then when we complained at check out she said oh ya, room 111 is backwards!!! I tried it that way also & NO way worked.. it was just a disgusting stay

Clean, excellent customer service, not ever a bad experience.

The room was fine for the low cost except that there was almost no warm water or pressure for a shower.
