It would have been nice to know in advance about the construction. I would have still stayed but parking was a hassle.

The two individuals that worked from April 10-13 were kind and polite and wonderful. The hotel was impeccably clean and despite the renovations, the stay was very comfortable. I can’t say enough about the service-minded attitude of the staff. Treat those folks good because they are hard to come by!!!

I loved it. It was clean. The kitchen was a bomb 10 out of 10. The staff was a bomb 10 out of 10. Everything was amazing booked. You won’t be sad that you didn’t.

The parts of my room that were finished were nice, but some final details weren’t quite finished. Lighting it’s the bedside was all bright daylight LED and not relaxing. Needs warmer lighting. Staff and breakfast were great!

I didn’t realize this property was under a total renovation, and that would’ve affected my decision to stay there. The floor that we stayed on look like it was finished, but the rest of the property was not the bathroom door is absolutely ridiculous opening in or you cannot close it after you step in.

This property warned of construction going on as you walk in. It did not affect our stay, the cleanliness was fair due to the dust and clutter from the work. We liked our spacious room and being able to have breakfast on site.

The room was great except we had no air so it was stuffy night. I also ask for a receipt or statement and they didn’t give me. They said that the 3rd party would give me one nothing! I paid the hotel. I am not sure if they charge me the correct amount. They also changed the name of the hotel

After paying for 6 weeks in advance upfront, I was moved to 4 different rooms within my first 72 hours there then informed at last minute 48 hours before 2nd 4 week reservation begins that they would not honor me as a guest, charged me $150 for sheets due to a sick kid having an accident, and forcing us to find another stay for 28 consecutive days 2 days before it begins but 12 days into my 42 day stay. Horrible management. Constant construction. Unsafe conditions if searching for a family-friendly stay; book elsewhere, unless your a single male working construction on vacation.

The staff was very pleasant. But to be honest the bed was very uncomfortable. There wasn’t any notification that the property was under construction. So when pulling up I couldn’t even tell if the hotel was open or not. Was unsure if I was at the right place due to no signage that was visible anywhere. And in the morning when checking out and was going to eat a quick breakfast and be on my way but it was 15 after and the lights were still off and food not ready. Could’ve waited to be honest I wanted to eat and get on my way and was very inconvenient.

I did not know it was under construction. Very loud and dirty. There was roaches int he bathroom. If it wasn't so late I would of left but due to the late check in, we stayed but kept the lights on

Nice spacious room, pleasant and helpful staff.
The main complaints are the shower, very little pressure and could not keep it contained in the shower area, the floor got wet no matter how much we tried. Also there was an odor in the room, not horrible but the scent of the cleaning supplies or whatever the source was odd and not very pleasant.

First room we went into had a strong odor that hit us when we opened the door, they were able to transfer us to another room that smelled a bit musty but not bad enough to complain.
They are doing renovation and the grounds and the lobby looked like a construction site.
The bed was comfortable, the location was great and the room was spacious.

Our visit was possibly just bad timing but it would have been nice to know when we booked that the hotel is under construction. So there is dust and construction debris pretty much all around the outside and footprints all over inside. The one elevator smelled of BO and the staff just seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all. People came for the free breakfast but whoever should have been maintaining it was never anywhere to be found. Everything was always empty and you had to ask for what you wanted. So overall our visit was not ideal and we left early
