The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, with a different meal presented daily. The Holton Downtown was close to everything in DC.

The staff was nothing but amazing to us. They took care of us the minute we arrived. Homewood offered us the best breakfast that we have ever had! The lobby was cozy and large enough to space out. We truly enjoyed our stay!

There are mosquitos, I have been bitten by them, not happy at all. The water didn't stop running after I flushed the toilet. I had to flush it twice.

La colazione per noi europei è quantomeno completa..segnalo la disponibilità di due diversi tipi di latte vegetale e la presenza (su richiesta) della lista ingredienti che ritengo fondamentale in caso di intolleranze. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre attento e disponibile. Siamo stati 10 notti, usando tutti i servizi disponibili dalla cucina in camera alla lavanderia self service. Only one elevator working and no service elevator, so the wait time was very long! Good sized rooms, but the pull-out couch bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Breakfast was really good. And, Wednesday night happy hour was a nice surprise.

We had a great stay and would definitely visit again. Great value for money and location.

If you are traveling to DC for a vacation or business and need easy access to everything around town with an extremely helpful staff, great breakfast and comfortable room then this is it.

Tina took the time to listen to my needs and went above and beyond to assist me. She even followed up with a thoughtful text message to ensure I was satisfied with my stay and offered further assistance if I had any questions or needed anything else. The room was spotless, and the mattress was very comfortable, which made for a restful and relaxing night. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and every staff member I encountered was courteous and attentive. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this location to others.

Easy walk to the White House. Complimentary continental breakfast. Coin operated laundry. We had a 1 bedroom unit with full kitchen and sofa bed in living room. Room 708. Spacious and in good condition for the age of the property. No opening windows but fortunately good air conditioning.

They need to pay attention on cleaning the lobby, halls. To dirty.

Hotel front desk staff rude not courteous. Hotel charge high compared to their services. Our room smelled like someone was cooking with garlic the entire stay. Faulty toilet kept running, very noisy. I was disappointed with stay considering how much money we paid. And parking $56 plus tax per day! Just ridiculous.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites. It was recently renovated and clean. The breakfast was great. The location had limited dining options but DoorDash solved that. The staff was very friendly but customer service assistance was limited.

The room smells bad. It is on the spacious side and has a nice kitchen. However, every time I step into the room, the smell is really unpleasant. Parking is super expensive.
