<良かったこと> 1.キッチンがしっかりしてる。コンロあり、ディスポーザーあり、食洗機まで。 2.スポンジは置いてなかったが、洗剤は置いてあった。 3.部屋広い。 4.メトロの駅から近い。ただし、行き先によっては乗り換え等考えるとメトロは使わず歩いても時間変わらないかも。 <悪かったこと> 1.初日、新しいタオルとアメニティの補充を忘れられてた。指摘したらバスタオルだけ持ってきて、また追加でハンドタオルをお願いしないといけず、二度手間だった。 2.トイレットペーパーが無くなっていたのにそれすら言わないと補充されなかった。 3.滞在中、掃除はされてないのでは？と思う。テーブルも拭いてくれてない、使用済食器もシンクに置かれたまま、勿論シーツ交換は無い。 4.部屋に備え付けのコーヒーや紅茶のティーバッグやカップの補充も無し。そして部屋のコーヒーめちゃ薄くてまずい。ティーバッグが入っている箱も、ゴミが溜まっていて汚い。 5. 部屋臭い。タバコの臭い？焦げたような臭い？だった。こんなもんなのかと思って我慢していたら、用事あって部屋にきたスタッフに、「なんか臭くない？」と言われた。かと言って、何も対応せず帰って行った。 6. シャワーが動かせないタイプだから子連れには辛いかも。 7. 予約時の部屋の写真を見て、ダイニングテーブルがあると期待していたが、無かった。 8.朝食期待しない方がいい。補充も遅い。席も少ない。 9.大きなホテルの割にはフロントにスタッフが1人しかいないことが多々あり、チェックイン、チェックアウトのピークでも無いのに、20-30分待たされる時があった。

Paid for a Queen Suite and was put in a small studio. Blood stain on the carpet. Bathroom door handle missing. Bathroom light did not work. T.V remote didn't work. Overheard staff talking about not liking their job. Talked to staff about issues and offered me 5000 Hilton points (28$). Did not want me to pay for the studio I was in, but the more expensive Quenn suite I reserved but did not stay in. They said they accidently put me in the wrong room. Didn't offer to move us to a bigger room. The next morning mentioned issues again. Said they would talk to the manager. Did not hear anything so I reached out via chat. Was told there was no manager and to call back another time. Finally called corporate and they wanted to offer me points to stay in the same hotel. Eventually decided to comp me for only one night with a check in 5 weeks. Breakfast was also trash. Dry nasty food. We went out for breakfast after the second day. Very bad business. I'll never stay at a Hilton ever again.

It was a good area to stay.

Short trip for me and my family of 5. Rooms was just right, could be bigger for us but it was ok. Area was cute and had plenty stores and restaurants nearby to walk to. Our main reason for this hotel was that breakfast was included. We would stay here again.

Thanks for making our Washington DC trip memorable with great breakfast options. Sad, we had to leave early on the second day and missed breakfast.

Went for 2 Capitals games. Excellent location! Easy to walk to the game!

Wonderful Stay! Beautiful Hotel!

The staff at this hotel was AMAZING! Attentive, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet can get VERY busy, but the whole staff was on top of it and filled the buffet often. Room was clean and housekeeping was great. Local restaurants were great as well! 10 minute walk to the Metro. FYI: The hotel is located at a very busy intersection and close to emergency services. All night long you hear cars, trucks, motorcycles, and sirens, even 6 floors up.

I choose this hotel because of the baby crib option but when it was time to check in, there were no available cribs during my stay because the hotel only owes quantity of 4. Overall our stay was pleasant.

The property Is Well located in an excellent area near all the attractions you needed to see. But you have to request every time for a room service they are under staff and if you’re having a long stay For More Than Four Days You should expect that they don’t change the bed and to clean Your Room according to a hotel that you expect

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Diamond at the front desk was outstanding, and gave us the best service. She was able to accommodate our room early upon for early check-in, and gave us amazing food and drink recommendations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a great hotel team, in an awesome location, with good amenities. Thank you to the team!

We had a very cozy and nice stay at the Homewood Suites. Diamond was very helpful and always friendly with us, thank you Diamond! The variety of the breakfast could be a bit better. Overall, the location is amazing and we enjoyed our stay!

It was nice and near major attractions

Sophisticated room, comfortable bed. Area seems safe and within 2 1/2 blocks of the green/ yellow Metro line. A 10-15 min walk to China Town. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good!

10th floor but very loud trafic noise, non insulated windows. We left one night before the planned booking and no question about the reason nor refund.
