Great hotel

Great working team

Very nice, clean, quiet, comfortable room. The shuttle driver to and from the airport was just a lovely man. This hotel has some of the best service and nicest staff I've ever encountered.

Half of the rooms are on the expressway, The hotel even provides ear plugs.

Hot tub was not working and it was just water. One of our bed was not stable, maybe bed flame was broken?

Excellent very clean everything was very nice

No parking. We had to park at the gas station Bathroom had long hairs all over the floor Pool and hot tub was closed for deep cleaning That was the only reason why I rented there They had all night when it was closed to guests to clean it and they decided to do it during guest hours

We came in at 1am, there was no parking anywhere, had to park af the gas station and worry about the car being towed or broken into it with my son’s college things for him to move. The room smelled moldy and my mom has breathing issues so she coughed all night. It was too late to change the room. The shower is filthy. The doors in the back did not lock. And it’s right off the highway and extremely noisy so we slept awful.

Breakfast selection was decent and the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

My flight got cancelled Spent the night on the floor. As soon as I was informed that Delta canceled my flight I called the hotel 28. Explain to the guy that takes up the phone at night. He is clueless talk to the manager this morning. She chews me out for having a third-party trouble organization and that’s you. Your people working for you are worthless-also the insurance you sell it’s worthless too. You could check my previous agreements and you’ll see. I travel a lot, but guess what it won’t involve hotel 28. It won’t involve anything to do with this AIG or Insurance deal, have anything to do with Expedia, this will not be the final word as all know all three of you is useless and a bad memory

Stay was pleasant and the lobby area is very clean but the room was stuffy and pool was dirty but we still enjoyed our stay

We were placed in a room on the north side next to the freeway exit. This was very loud all night. When complaining about it were told that if were to become a member of the company they would have given us quieter rooms. I’m sorry but they accepted my payment so we should therefore be treated like any other customer

Seems like this place is falling apart. When you are showering, it sounds like the tub is going to just fall through the floor. The pool was very merky even with the pool cleaner currently in it. The hot tub was filled to the rim so we couldn’t even get in it otherwise we would have flooded the room. The sauna did not work. The ice machine was broken on the 4th floor. The windows are filthy. Whole place reaked like marijuana. The cops were in the parking lot several times talking to sketchy people. Seems like a fancy place, but in reality it has terrible management and is falling apart already with the lack of maintenance and cleaning. Would never stay here again!!!!!

This place was just okay. The man at check-in was lovely. Pleasant and helpful. My biggest issues were with the room’s floor and the bathtub. The floor was so damn filthy that our socks and feet were black from walking around on it. The bathtub had stray hairs around it and I don’t believe it was cleaned before we arrived. And the hotel had the audacity to leave an envelope for us to tip the hotel’s cleaning staff…no thanks. Please clean room #121’s floors ASAP for the next guest. Walls are thin. Our upstairs neighbor kept us up all night and woke us up in the morning with what sounded like gymnastics. The bed was hard as a rock. Wouldn’t stay here again.

It was convenient location. However it was right next to a large truck stop. Semi trucks ran all night, which was loud. Parking was slim due to semis and other cars

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. New build, large spacious rooms, large TV, table for dining, couch and coffee table, larger refrigerator, coffee maker in room, large bottle of soap that you pump at bathroom sink and shower, fresh baked cookies and apples availabe anytime of day. Breakfast was great and they kept the dining area clean while dining, fire pit outside to sit around. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Room was ok. Bed is nice. Smelled like cigarette when we walked in.

The property was really nice Nick the manager when we checked in was an absolutely amazing host
