以前はいつもハリウッドの毎回同じホテルに宿泊していましたが、コロナ後ハリウッド、ダウンタウンは治安がかなり変わり悪化したように思われます。安全を考えてこのホテルを選択、古いのは100歩譲歩して中はとても清潔で広さも十分です。1回目の宿泊時はスイートを取りましたが1人では広すぎたので今回はキングベットの部屋にしました。角部屋でバスタブもあり十分でした。 徒歩圏内（女性の足で5分前後かと）にちょっとしたお店の並んだストリートがあり、最後まで行くとショッピングモールに突き当たります。また車で10-15分でグレンデールモール、高級ブランドモールのアメリカーナもあります。メトロリンクの駅も10分ぐらいですので、日本からの場合はLAX（空港）からはflyawayでユニオンステーションまで来てそこからタクシーなどで来るか、メトロで数駅＋徒歩10分前後かと思います。国内線のバーバンク空港ならホテルで送迎してくださいます｡（要：到着時に電話でした）観光移動にもとてもアクセスの良いホテルかと思います。

I brought my family here to be close to Universal Studios. We stayed one night. Check in and out were easy. The sheets and blankets were so damn soft and the AC worked beautifully in the room. Sure, it could use some upgrades along the way, but what you're getting for the price is great. It's a safe area and walkable to shopping and dining. The common areas on our room floor and the elevator space were hot and muggy, like no AC runs there. But it's not like we were spending a lot of time in those areas and it was one of the hottest days we've had all summer, so I wouldn't not stay there because of this. If we were coming back up here and needed a stay, we would stay here again. Very comfortable. The cafe had good coffee for me the next morning. Staff was friendly.

I love this hotel my stay there is as amazing , everyone there it’s so nice

Rooms were old. Has a moldy odor. Hallways were hot and musty. No A/C on when we entered the room.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The beds were comfortable

The room was in poor condition, with mold issues, peeling wallpaper, plumming issues and electrical issues. The room was no good show. Old cheap furniture that did not fit the space.

Hotel is comfortable and reasonably priced. I loved the bar and cafe. The staff is super friendly and nice

It was quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly. Had some issues with the plugs in my room. Parking garage had what looked like a lot of dusty abandoned cars.

I loved staying at Hotel Burbank. The room was so relaxing and comfortable that I actually had the best sleep I've had in years! Bed, pillows and sheets were soft and clean. The air flow was great with the ability to adjust the temperature so that you can have the perfect temperature in your room. In addition, the staff were so pleasant and kind. I have to especially do a shout out to Jeremy (and the person who originally checked me in - I don't know his name... he was so great too!). And Jeremy went above and beyond to help me out. While out in Los Angeles, I had my wallet stolen (not in Burbank) and Jeremy did everything he could to help me. I hope he gets many and ample bonuses because not only is he professional, but he is also kind and aware. And really contributed to my stay being fantastic. Thank you so much! I have so much gratitude for you all. And I will be back. :)

This property was very clean and located near a shopping and dining area that was walking distance away which provide us with many different restaurants and dessert places. The parking situation was super easy to get in and out of. We felt very comfortable and secure in this hotel.
