スタッフの方がフレンドリーでよかった。

It was so so!

寝ている時 車の騒音凄い

Upon check in, the front staff was very attentive and understand my situation that my room was assigned to quiet and high floor one.

部屋に置いてある水のボトルは一本$4と書いてありました。 クッキーは要らないので水無料の方が良かったです。 聞きたいことがあり部屋からレセプションに電話しましたが時間を変えて2回電話しましたが2回とも誰も出なかったです。

Hotel staffs are not kind and there was no explanation about hotel. Hotel prices are expensive but I can’t understand why there is o breakfast for free. The rooms are so cold even if air conditioners turn off. We need warm air from air conditioners.

ホテル内のスタッフの方は親切でした。ホテル玄関入口に座ってる方は挨拶もしてくれないのに驚きました。

エアコンが少しうるさい。 冷蔵庫が欲しい。 部屋の掃除が無かった。

エンゼルススタジアムや、アウトレットは近いのでおすすめ

ロサンゼルスのダウンタウンやハリウッドとは比べ物にならないほど、落ち着いていて穏やかな街でした。 エンゼルスタジアムまでは歩いて20分ほど、夜も安心して歩ける雰囲気でした。アウトレットも徒歩ですぐです。 スタッフの方もとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったのが少し残念でした。 またいつか野球を見に行くときは利用したいと思います。

突然連絡が来てシャワーが浴びれませんでした。

Great place to stay!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a getaway trip from home. We were looking for a romantic vacation is a comfy hotel, and it was not that. I reserved a single room with a King Bed and they gave me a single room with 2 double beds. My boyfriend and I couldn’t even sleep in the same bed our entire stay. Not only did they give us a downgrade of a room, the AC in the room they gave us was not working and after staying for 3 nights and constantly asking for them to fix it, they finally did and we only got to sleep in an air conditioned room for one night. This hotel had also shut off the water (including toilets) for 12 hours, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, with only a few hours of notice. I recommend to stay at any hotel other than this one.

It’s a great hotel! Would definitely stay again! However it’s across the street from a hospital so we heard sirens all night.

The hotel is decent however, when when having my room clean it always smell like cigarettes not sure if the maids smoke, also what is presumably fresh clean towels you can see food stains on them and the smell just awful. Lastly with no notice the water was shut off was not able to shower or use the restroom.

There seemed to be a major plumbing problem during our stay. The lobby restrooms were closed the entire time. Since the restrooms appear to back up to the kitchen area that could result in a health issue. We were on the fifth floor. After taking a shower and draining, the tub started filling with drain water which included yuck. Housekeeping did work on the issue, but the drain was still slow. As of this morning, I still have not received an invoice for our stay even though my card has been billed. We checked out on Sunday and it is Tuesday.
