i'm japanes. I asked for the rice in the pack of lunch in the morning lunch box to be heated in the microwave for 2 minutes. The staff was willing to take the meal. But the manager says he can't do it, so I'm very sorry. He told me. I asked for the same thing many times at a first-class hotel in the United States, but they did everything. It's a hotel with good reviews but no important heart. I was very disappointed.

It was an amazing stay. The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was so clean and there was everything that we need such as amenities, towels and so on. The best thing was that we had a breakfast for free and there were many choices, which was awesome. Thank you for your service. I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time I visit the U.S.

プールも綺麗でホテルでゆっくりするにはとても良い環境でした。 車があれば同じ通り沿いにWhole Foods Marketもあります。

It was close to where I needed to be for family.

My husband and I stayed here at hotel Piccadilly. Amazing find. The reviews under rated it. Felt like we were staying in a new york hotel. Beds were huge, comfortable. Pillows awesome. Staff very nice and extremely helpful. Best place we've stayed at since leaving virginia.

What a NICE surprise find, AWAY from the freeway,and for a great deal, in Fresno! Older, yes, but elegant in its own way. Clean, spacious room. Our room was in a back building of this surprisingly large property, and so it was, easy parking, and mostly very quiet. Everything-- TV, Fridge, A/C-Heat unit-- all worked fine. Breakfast was offered until 9, and well adequate, and had an elegant feel to it as it was located in the special area, but we noticed that as needed things ran out, even before 8:30 (milk, sausage, others), folks were told that "we're out and we're close to closing." I did see one cook bring out another plate (of sausage, I believe it was) a few minutes later. You KNOW that when you put closing at 9 (sometimes seems SO earlier for Travelers), that that's when they majority will come. We will remember this nice place-- it was simply very nice to walk around this property!

Rooms were nice property was cleaning and a good area. Continental breakfast was just perfect. I'll definitely be back.

My husband and I have been staying at this location for years! Rooms are cozy and clean. Friendly staff. Stephanie front desk is amazing she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Thank you!

Camera molto ampia, parcheggio facile Colazione inclusa nel prezzo con orario fino alle 9. Essendo arrivati poco prima delle 9 il personale dopo pochi minuti ha sollecitato di lasciare libera la sala in modo poco cortese

Camera enorme e pulita, bagno con tutto il necessario e parcheggio gratuito comodissimo. In camera presenti frigorifero e tv. Colazione buonissima e ben fornita sia dolce che salata! Non abbiamo usato la piscina, macchina del ghiaccio perfettamente funzionante.

Not friendly or accommodating. Not impressed with cleanliness. Would never book again.
