The Room is wide range and comfortable.

It had a slightly more classic feel, but the surroundings were quiet and the room was spacious and comfortable. I would like to use it again if the opportunity arises.

It’s uniqueness

We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to this classic hotel amidst the urban landscape of Seattle! Loved the old hotel charm - and Stella’s restaurant and bar offered great end to our day. The focaccia bread was yes! Enjoyed several appetizers including tasty (but small) crab cakes and oysters. Our room and bed was comfy cozy.

A wonderful classic hotel where we had a large room. The towels were great. The robes were soft. Were were on the 4th floor out of 7. We had a corner room and it was a little noisy given the Main Street out front. Also, you could not watch TV from bed. If the hotel was really busy then the one elevator could be a big problem, but we did not experience any long waits. This was a delightful experience and the first time we stayed there. We will have no hesitation coming back.

Great location and walkable to the main attractions in the city! The staff were very nice and the food options were spectacular! We loved the look of the hotel as it was warm and inviting.

Sleepless in Seattle. — A tale of a Nightmare stay!!!! The Hotel hosted a dinner party which advertised to end at 10pm in the courtyard; DJ played at normal levels until then; at that point the music turned to nightclub levels and steadily increased until after midnight (12:30). All front facing rooms were subjected to the musical assault which was accompanied by the ritual drunk girls screaming ’woo hoo’ at the beginning of each song. A call to the front desk received the response ‘it should be wrapping up soon’. Around 12:30 in the morning it finally stopped. In speaking with the staff in the morning about the previous night, they too said the music was unbelievably loud but manager wanted it that way and were told they had to scream to take drink orders to be heard. We booked this hotel for its beauty and historic location in anticipation of a luxurious night sleep before our cruise journey. Little did we know that we would have been wiser to book a Motel 6 under the SeaTac airport flight path and saved hundreds of dollars. The hotel staff, outside of the brainchild management, were amazing. Food and beverage were spectacular. But after wonderful meals and carefully crafted cocktails, all was shot to heck and back with the thumping music and ‘Woo Hoo’ shrills for 4 long hours into the early morning. Save yourself and choose wiser than we did.

Beautiful boutique, historic hotel, right in downtown Seattle! The building is over 100 years old and has an old world charm with lots of mahogany, beautiful tile floors, and carpet. The rooms are spacious and the service is excellent!

Old school understated comfort and calm quiet unique place in the heart of Seattle short cab ride from ferry station. Feels homey rather than glittery and warm rather than cold feeling. Reasonable for downtown Seattle.

Outstanding hotel. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Front desk staff were very friendly. They helped with our luggage even though we did ask. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. This is an older hotel but very, very well kept up. Restaurant food was a bit expensive but I guess that’s expected at any hotel.

Great staff and a delicious restaurant on the premise. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend.

Great historic place to stay. Panoramic views in corner suite Chloe at the front desk was incredible, we had a small hiccup and it was handled with such grace. I'd come back again not because of the room but because of the hospitality from Chloe!

We loved every single thing about Hotel Sorrento. Staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel is gorgeous. The food and drinks were amazing. The courtyard was my favorite place. Beautiful flowers. Nice tables. The room was so comfortable and spacious. The bed was very nice with great bedding . Our room looked out over the courtyard which was so pretty. Highest ranking possible for this beautiful hotel.

Nice old hotel beginning to show its age. I’d make sure your housekeeping staff are on top of it. No housekeeping during my stay. Unacceptable

Air conditioner was loud and didnt seem to have a quiet low speed
