日本人には嬉しい可動式のシャワーがあり、とても助かりました！ お湯の温度も少し熱めで快適です♪ またスタッフさんの対応も良く、 部屋にはコーヒーマシーンしかありませんでしたが、電気ケトルの貸し出しもしていただけます！ バウチャー付きのお部屋だったので、支払いを部屋につけておけばもらったバウチャー分は差し引いて請求頂けます^^ 主要観光地にも近く観光や出張にも便利でいいホテルです！

ダウンタウン観光するのに便利な場所にあり空港へのアクセス駅も近く良かったです。

The hotel is an adequate European style property, but nothing special, particularly at its price point. Most frustrating is that one of its only two elevators was inoperable for the entire time of our stay. This caused long waits and dangerous overcrowding on the elevator. The hotel staff and management made no allowances or offered any compensation for these conditions. I would not recommend this hotel or choose to stay there again.

The staff were very warm and attentive. From the front desk to housekeeping. The only negative comment I have is regarding there only being one working elevator. The second one was out of order. Since this is a 20 story building and because there is no service elevator, both guests and staff had to utilize the one working elevator. It was not unusual for wait times of up to 20 minutes for either the elevator to arrive or for the elevator to arrive with enough room to get on. Often, we had to wait for the elevator to come back before we could get on it. It was a huge disservice to the guests and staff alike.

Hotel was stylish and modern. 1 of 2 elevators was out so moving from room to lobby and back up was very slow. Restaurant on site was good although pricey. Coffee shop in lobby was pricey but good. Long wait at 6:30am with only one person working. Convenient location

Nice boutique hotel, Modern and comfortable, nice to have restaurant attached. The only have one working elevator, I had to walk partially up with luggage and received no credit. They need to get other elevator fixed or at least reduce their prices until they do!

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Period. Our room was clean and nice as well. Many of the attractions were walkable from this hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was good but service was lacking. Hotel room never got cleaned. Staff was not as friendly as I’d expect. Disappointed.

They charge $79.99 per night for parking + an additional $11.00 in tax. $90!! This is pure greed. It’s as though you’re being punished for staying there. It’s shameful that they charge their guests that much. Yes, there’s a garage next door but they did a pretty good job convincing us our truck may not fit in that garage. The room was very small (could barely walk around the bed) and if you have mobility issues, you will struggle. The bathroom had a constant smell of sulfur. And 1 of the 2 elevators were broken. There are lots of other options in the area, and I wouldn’t stay there again given the choice. I

The hotel isn’t bad in terms of looks and cleanliness but I stayed for three nights and only 1 of the three nights did I have hot water in the shower in my room on the 17th floor. Also, the valet service has to check in every morning after some time around 6:30am which made it difficult for me as the jobsite I was visiting during the week started AT 6:45 and was about a 45 minute drive to the site.(I wish someone would’ve told me there was no overnight or around the clock valet.) during checkout I’d reminded the front desk lady that I’d only stayed in valet one night and I hoped they wouldn’t charge me for the other nights, she acknowledged me, and said got it….later that day I received the email showing all three days charged to my card. They texted me asking about my experience and I responded with the question regarding why I was still charged and they refunded the other days I wasn’t supposed to held to. Pretty hotel….some gray areas that could use some sorting out.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location close to the Link was a plus for traveling to/from the airport and ball park. Room was clean and eco friendly

Hotel Theodore is located in the downtown area, which makes it accessible to shopping and sightseeing venues. It is clean and has wonderful staff. Hotel Theodore is prefect for one person, but a bit small for sharing. Overall, my stay was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice property, the staff was super great and accommodating considering I had just had surgery. One of the elevators broke which wasn’t great but otherwise I very much enjoyed the stay.

The room was nice enough (small). It was cute and well decorated and I liked having the nespresso machine in the room for a quick coffee! The first room we were given I turned on the tv and the screen was cracked/broken and there were like cat scratches on the leather of the headboard which really cheapened the room. I called the front desk and they sent someone to fix it, then had us into a different room of the same caliber. This one oddly had the same cat scratches on the headboard. The TV worked this time but the remote power button didn't work so you had to turn the tv on manually which was only mildly annoying. Other than that the room and shower were clean but the cleaning lady didn't come and make our beds or bring new towels or anything while we stayed for the two days, but maybe this is just something that they do in Canada. I liked that at 5pm they give you a glass of complimentary wine. I'm pregnant but my husband got to have my glass, so he got to try both white and red. The location is kind of sketchy at night. On the way back to the hotel from the baseball game I saw people smoking what I am assuming was meth and it was 10:00pm, but I can hardly blame the hotel for that because I think that's just the city in general. Likely will try somewhere different next go around.

Great stay and upgrade. Excellent location too. Will stay here again for sure!

I was staying here to recover from surgery and the staff have been wonderful.

Found hair in our bed that in no way belonged to either one of us! Was waiting out front for our food to be delivered and bar tender came out and said we couldn’t wait out front with our drink

The windows are not great you can really hear the street noise Lots of homeless folks in this neighborhood and times we didn’t feel safe

The hotel was so charming and beautiful, the downtown area has a lot of homeless and drug use but we didn’t have any problems feeling unsafe in the hotel. But lots of homeless around the area.
