There was roaches in the hotel but for the price and with this being in Texas those buggers are all over and there wasn’t many. The staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. They let me do a late check out as my flight was later. Will stay again

I checked into the hotel and picked up my key. I went to shop and pickup food with my daughter. I went into the room and it smelled like smoke. Hair wasnin the tub and a bug on the bed. I was told I could not be refunded because it was more than 15 mins after checkin but call manager. Called multiple times and still not resolved.
I liked nothing about this place and really wouldve expected at least good customer service. I am disputing with my card because i checked into another hotel same day.

I can't believe that your company has this place on your listings. You should remove it! The place was very dirty and in need of a complete refurbish. Our room was not clean and the carpet was very dirty. The refrigerator door couldn't close because it had a massive build up of solid ice inside. We only had 2 small pillows, 2 bath towels and the toilet paper was almost gone with no other supply. Outside was scary with trash around and we were relieved we were on the 2nd floor and only staying for one night! We got out of there as quickly as possible in the morning. The 2 staff we saw were very unfriendly too

This was hands down the absolute worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed in! The bathtub was so unsafe that my husband refused to stand in it for fear of falling through.

I didn't like that the room wasn't clean,tub so dirty i wouldn't bath a dog,sheets had cigarette burns and your staff was not friendly at all

It was ok for the price. I got a non-smoking room but someone had definitely smoked in it. Cracked bathroom tiles and I never found breakfast. But for the price, it was about what I expected, I guess.

We canceled this reservation upon arrival. The rooms smelled disgusting. They were musty and dirty. There were ROACHES on every bed. We had 2 rooms with 4 beds total. The bathrooms were absolutely nasty. I would NEVER let anyone stay there especially NOT my family. I have never seen such in my life. I demand a refund ASAP.

This hotel has more roaches than customers. Your room will have hair thats not yours all over the floor, cigarette burns in the sheets, and everything will be filthy. The front staff wants to gossip more than work. If i hadnt HAD to stay here because i couldn't get a refund to go to another hotel I would have left

I do not recommend, hair everywhere worms in the bathtub, sheets on bed had cigarrets burned, floor was wet, we entered and left the building, requested a refund they didnt do nothing about it, not family friendly at all specially if you travel with little kids like I did, like all other comments you get what you pay,
