The property and hotel were excellent. The restaurant ,our waitress the last night was awful. She heard the conversation our table was having, which was political and she threw in her two cents and stormed away shaking her head and throwing the pepper shaker in the air. When she came back to our table she wanted to chat for sometime while we were in the middle of eating our dinner, she also stood over the men paying the bill and wanted to chat again in a attempt to guilt them into giving her a tip she clearly didn't deserve. The ruddest waitress we've ever had.

Staff is great Good beds - great amenities and location

The setting and location are beautiful. The hotel offers nice rooms, great food, and a bar. This is a wonderful venue for outdoor concerts. We will visit again and try to catch two shows. Great location. I loved the place except for my usual beefs. There is no room service available. There is no valet parking and no bell service available. They did provide Starbucks coffee, a microwave, a mini fridge, and comfortable and adequate furnishings. The WiFi has a download speed of only 18.5 Mbps and the same upload speed. Why can't these hotels provide acceptable internet speed and set up their TVs for casting? The water pressure was horrible, and the shower plumbing was unacceptable for commercial use. The application is not suitable for public use. The towels were small and rough. Did I say no room service? The koi pond is nice, but not deep enough for the number of fish. The property boasts beautiful grounds and manicured landscape maintenance. But...we will return if they continue to book quality acts.

Some of the staff were not helpful. Limited food dining options in the hotel/restaurant, no room service, food not great. Hotel itself and facilities are okay but location is not great - worse without a car. Don't stay if you don't have a car.

The Hotel is an absolute GORGEOUS setting. The Staff we dealt with were polite and fun. Sierra at the Bar is a rock star!

Property was nice and the area was beautiful.

Just stayed one night for a concert but everything was great! The front desk staff are very friendly and professional! Room was very clean and comfortable and the TV was actually easy to use! Breakfast was outstanding! See you soon I hope!

Close to the wedding venue we were at but pool food service was extremely slow, concert kept us up due to loud noise, and many rooms of wedding party had no running water for a couple of hours. Way over priced for the value received

It was a very nice hotel. I would definitely come back to stay.

I really loved the bed, had a great sleep, the location is very nice, very close to my favorite restaurant.Overall it was a good stay, it was overpriced during the weekend tho.

Check in process wa horrendous. Rooms not ready when supposed to be. Parking fee of 25 per day absurd.

What a lush and beautiful place the staff was friendly and helpful cool place

Everything was great except the pillows were hard as a rock and the bed needs a new mattress. Really liked the layout of the room and the nice view of the grounds. It was so nice to stay after a concert and not have to drive home.

I was near the pool which was not conducive for a quiet stay.

Love that everything is at one location. A room, a nice dinner and a great concert venue. Nothing better than this for a relaxing weekend getaway
