Hyatt Regency Boise/Meridian is an OUTSTANDING place to stay. I have NEVER met friendlier, kinder people….ALL throughout the property! Rooms are spacious and clean and pool area is spotless. I’ll be back next time I’m here!

The staff were beyond friendly. I would love to have a couple of them as BFFs. Breakfast was better than usual hotel fare. Food from the bar was good and so convenient. Our only complaint if you can call it a complaint is that the air conditioning was either super cold or you had to turn it off and it was hot in the room. There was a little infighting in our group about this because some like it cold at night And the other could not stand the blowing air. We got extra blankets and that was satisfactory. We would like the blankets to reach up to our necks. Seemed short. Beware, shower is extra slippery. I like that it was not a shower in a tub. And I liked the amenities of the shampoo, conditioners, and the shower gel. We were on the fourth floor, and the people above us were really stomping their feet across the floor. It made us wonder if the insulation was too thin between floors. Other than that, it was nice and quiet. I would go again for sure.

So glad i was able to get a room booked quickly after previous plans fell through to stay. No issues whatsoever from checkin to check out!

The King bed suite had a large amount of space though the layout was a little interesting in my opinion. I would recommend asking for a higher floor if a view is important to you because of the surrounding buildings. The staff was very friendly and willing to hold my room key for me when I went on my morning run. The breakfast was above average but probably best to avoid the french toast. The hot tub and pool were both very nice though I couldn't get the hot tub jets to work. Also, the only trash can I could find in my room was the little one in the bathroom which I though a little strange for a room with a full kitchenette.

Only bad thing was the outdoor pool. Would have been 5 stars all around if the pool was indoor

I was only there for a one night stay but I definately would stay there again. It was very clean and my room quiet. The included breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold food choices. Very pleasant staff.

The staff here is so kind. Super family friendly. Room was very clean. I always do a clorox wipe down (i have 3 kids under 4) when arriving anywhere and literally not a spec of dirt. Beds are super comfy and breakfast was always good. We were also able to charge our car as they have ev chargers. 10/10 Highly recommend staying here.

Didn't love the outdoor pool area and there isn't much to do around also very noisy at night

An absolute surprise! Our stay was wonderful. The cleanliness of the hotel was a step above even 5 star hotels we have stayed at. The Breakfast Room service and offerings was wonderful. The food was well prepared and presented and the "Good Mornings" from all the staff from the breakfast room to the front desk to the custodial staff was welcomed and not seen for many years at other hotels. We come to Boise for business every six weeks or so and the Hyatt Place in Meridian will be our new home even though it is 15 miles from most of our meetings in Boise and Caldwell. Highly Recommend. You won't be disappointed.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff was exceptional

Easy and clear

There was a significant amount of dust accumulated on the hanging ceiling light above the couch and I found hair in the rolled up plastic shower mat. The hand soap takes FOREVER to rinse off , it leaves a really hard to remove residue on your hands. Staff were helpful and friendly and gym was well kept. Overall room could hav even a bit cleaner since I am allergic to dust/dust mites.
