ホテルは、清潔で、毎日部屋の清掃をしてくれる。朝食もついていて、お得感を感じられる。その朝食は、日本食が大好きな私にとって、パン中心の朝食は少し物足りないのだが、たまにはいいのではないか。欲を言えば、生野菜がほしい。ホテルの場所も、周りに大型のショッピングセンターがあり、大変便利である。また、オーロラ観測が主目的で行った私にとって北方面の場所に行きやすいところにあり、大変便利である。

Close by airport upon arrival. Breakfast included was a great bonus.

The shuttle to and from the airport/train station could be more efficient.

The rooms are very spartan but comfortable. Unfortunately my room faced a major highway and the noise from traffic was terrible. I would not stay here again.

Rooms were somewhat dated but clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Seemed like several "regulars" had repeated stays which is always a good sign.

Vi boede her 3 nætter. Opdagede at der IKKE blev ordnet værelse hver dag - det var ej oplyst ved bookingen eller ved check in😡værelset var ok men sengemadras er ved at være slidt ned. Poolen var for kold men fin ren. Morgenmaden var god her dag. Personalet venlige. Fik strømsvigt men det blev hurtigt fixet.

Super awesome staff but hotel rooms could use some upgrades. Sink in bathroom is such that it does not extend deep enough into the sink so there is water all over the counter near faucet and there is no way to wash hands or soap it without splattering all over. TV channel selection is horrible and unacceptable Don’t even have ESPN or other sport channels in room and the resolution absolutely sucks. Staff is awesome and helpful

Loved the hotel everything was super clean and kids enjoyed the stay and breakfast was very good too.

Stayed at several other Hyatt properties during our Alaska trip, this was easily the most disappointing. Asked for king bed, got two queens. Traveling with my parents. I paid extra for our room. Got same room as my parents. Not sure what I got for the extra money. Room was dirty. Had crumbs and dirt on floor. Water stains on the ceiling. And to top it off, our room faced the highway, with loud trucks passing by at all hours of the night and morning. Breakfast was available, but again quality was not up to par with even other Hyatts we stayed up. Had some of the worst tasting pineapple and other fruit I’ve ever tried. If we ever return to Fairbanks, would probably not stay again. Other options in the area.

There were several abandoned vehicles in the property that looked like people may live in. No coffee pot in the rooms. The back of the hotel looked really nice for fishing but we never did. The staff was super nice and the place was affordable. The trains were quite loud so consider that if you plan on sleeping.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The place feels really clean. The beds are comfortable and there is food available downstairs at a reasonable price.

Small and convenient to airport for 1 night. It was overpriced. Everything was great except so many people eating breakfast caused a little backup for the people preparing it.
