イン アット ヘイスタック ロック

6泊7日しました。 一か月以上前からの予約です。 途中で抗議したのですが、イヤイヤながら、2回部屋を無理やり変えさせられました。 その度に、本館と離れ館の間を100mを徒歩で行ったらきたり、最悪の対応です。 調整不足のフロントの対応に激怒しています。 ワタシはオススメしません。

Petits cottages entourant un jardin tout mignon. chambre très propre et joliment décorée , cheminée à gaz , près des restaurants et boutiques un peu loin de l attraction principale le Haustack rock à pied

Loved this little bungalow. Area was beautiful adorned with rose bushes, hydrangea's, fuchsia and other flowers. Had a gas fire pit to sit around in the evening. Rooms were small but clean and did include a gas fireplace.

The bathroom door would stick so that you had to place your foot on the door at the bottom and pull the handle or you couldn’t get out. Absolutely no storage for clothes. No dresser or closet. No coat hooks or towel racks. The light in the main room would not completely shut off. Only one parking space for a room that held 6 adults was an issue.

Beautiful property great location the staff was amazing super nice and very friendly. The casita was cute cozy and very clean. I loved the huge tub in our room and the cleaning service Mari was the BEST. Shout out to her for being so nice and helpful.

Room was very hot

We had some hiccups: room supplied hair dryer popped the breaker on half the unit, garbage cans screeched by our bedroom window at 6am, smoke detector battery chirping, bad key to room locked us out and no parking spaces available on property 1st night. Bed was a bit hard. Pluses were proximity to beach and town.

Checkin at night meant we had to find our way in the dark, get an envelope from the office lock box, getting the code from an after hours person on the phone, then find our cabin down the street using a map from the envelope and GPS. Parking was unavailable so we got permission to park in a disabled parking on the parking lot. It was line a treasure hunt to find the cabin…not necessarily what I wanted to do as I was tired. This little cabin was spacious. We got a one bedroom with a Murphy bed and couch. Full bathroom with a jetted tub. The kiddo did the tub and it was extremely loud draining to the point of concern. The shower nob was interesting and took a while to figure out where to put what piece of the knob for what temperature. The shampoo smelled good, I used it. The bed was bouncy so I had my husband sleep on the murphy bed (he thought was cool) and kiddo slept on the couch. It was our anniversary so I would have liked to sleep w him: it was quiet and clean though:)

Super cute property. Rooms are big inside. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.

Nice rooms with a very cute courtyard/garden. Excellent location within walking diatance to the beach, dining options, and shopping. We'd definitely stay there again.

Hard to park our large van there but the rooms were wonderful. Very cute and clean. Beautiful

Lovely room and hotel is easily walkable to town as well as the beach. Parking looked tight, but I was directed to an additional area which was great. My only complaints would be that the rooms need curtains more than just shears. Also with the window open, the fountain water feature was audible all night when I would have fathered just quiet. Generally a great place for the price and I would return.
