7泊して一度も掃除してくれない

床のカーペットが剥がれてて、ふむと痛かった

The hotel was under construction and we had to deal with a lot of noise while trying to concentrate on our business,

You get what you pay for, check in was smooth and the front desk attendant was great but the quality of the room is not up to par, it didn’t quite give hotel but more of a motel experience. There was construction happening at 7/8 in the morning so just be mindful. Breakfast ends at 9 & not at 9:30 like advise prior so be aware of that.

The property was under construction. This was not the problem, they tampered with my car without my consent. They over sold their parking space but gave the assurance that there was availability. Due to the construction there were ladders and paint everywhere which I found hazardous. When I checked out, I walked into the garage to find construction workers spraying some sort of chemical and my car was wrapped in plastic. I was not informed about it and was so shocked and confused. While it’s not the staff’s fault, the service was poor and inefficient. I had to keep coming back to ask for things that should have already been communicated. A good example is overselling the lot and not communicating with folks, especially because we were paying $25 a night. The hotel grounds were dirty. I do have to acknowledge that there wasn’t much the staff could do but the hotel’s upper management should invest in providing quality customer experience. This hotel left a poor taste in our mouth.

Parking is not guaranteed, area is a bit shady. I did not feel entirely safe and the staff was rude but once the manager showed up it improved. I would not stay there again.

A little dated but there’s improvement going on so I won’t hold that against them. I hope that will extend to the rooms which could use a facelift. Not bad overall though.

Tge location was great, hotel is nice but pictures look better than what actually looks like, they were renovating and was noisy, but the breakfast was good.

They were doing construction at 4 am and I couldn’t sleep both nights due to banging around one at 4am the other at 7am

Great value for money! Cute interior designs in the lobby area & clean rooms. Great access to downtown & easy walk to midtown! It reminded us of a movie!!

There was no where to park when checking in. Handicap Parking was close to the elevator but the rest of the hotel was NOT handicap friendly at all. No safety bars in shower area, no handheld shower head. Had a shower chair but controls and shower head was so high up they could not be reached. Also, the bedside light switch was so high up only a standing person could reach that high. No microwave in room. Toilet ran continuously, bed was rock hard, A/C had to run continuously to be comfortable. The entry door did not work well. No where to set up CPAP machine close to bedside- side tables were so small. Was in the process of being renovated. Did NOT look like posted picture at all!! Neighborhood was quite bad, I did feel safe once I got into the hotel. Breakfast was very nice.

The hotel *needs better signage*. I drove bynit 3 times before finally seeing the small letters above the garage entrance, which were partially obscired by a tree.
