It is a nice hotel close to Cornell University. This hotel is located along the city center called "Ithaca Commons." Quiet, clean, hotel staff was very friendly, everything was fine. They have a shuttle to Cornell University and an airport. One front desk person should have told me about the presence of their shuttle to me, though. He did not tell me that their shuttle would take me to an airport so I had to cancel the cab in front of the hotel after a shuttle bus driver told me that.

Stayed overnight and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean, spacious modern rooms with very comfortable beds. We used valet parking at $25 and it was very convenient. Would return again if we ever found ourselves back in Ithaca.

It was a lovely accommodation but we did keep hearing a strange noise throughout our stay that was loud enough to disturb our sleep. It was either the frequent closing of the door of suite next to ours, or a sound within the refrigerator that is near the suite door. I hope you can figure out what it is so the next guest isn't disturbed. Thank you for your lovely hospitality as well, and I look forward to another visit in the near future.

Everything would have been perfect if the staff had not said a word to us and charged us an extra fee. At first we didn't understand why and then I read on the website that it turns out that you have to pay extra for prevarication with a dog. It would be good to tell hotel guests about it.

They notified me at 2pm on chdck in day that they had to move me to their sister hotel 10 miles away at no cost to me. But 10 miles in the wrong direction. Not helpful. I scrambled to find another hotel in the area on a super busy weekend

Loved the location of the hotel. Stayed there for visit to Cornell. Hotel has a very nice atmosphere, staff were amazing and helpful, place was clean. Would definitely stay there again

Our grandson attends the School of Hotel Management at Cornell University. He was able to get us a three level upgrade on floor nine. We had a beautiful view of the campus with a peek at the lake. Had a wonderful dinner at the upscale restaurant.
