全てに満足しましたが、場所柄、交通騒音と消防車の出発音（隣接に消防署）ガス硬式になりました。１階のカフェはとても便利です。

13:30にチェックインに行ったがEarly check-inに追加料金がかかると言われ、ことわった(たしか25ドル) High floorをリクエストしたが10階。眺望は期待したものではなかった。 部屋の中にはマグカップ(使い捨ての紙カップはあった), コーヒーメーカー、湯沸かしポットもなし。朝ロビーでコーヒーサービスがあるとのことだったが有料。 他の都市で滞在したKimptonが素晴らしかったので滞在したが、期待はずれでした。

到着便の時間の関係で深夜のチェックインになりましたが、気持ちよく迎えて頂きました。タオルの数は多く清潔で快適でした。 お茶が飲みたかったので客室に湯沸かしポットがあればよかったと思います。一階にフルーツウォーターのサービスがあり嬉しかったです。 バスタブの排水が悪かったです。隣の部屋の話し声やいびきが聞こえて来ました。

シンプルなホテルで、スタッフの方は皆さま とても親切でした。立地がよく、どこへ行くにも便利で、1階のラウンジで、夕方17:00-18:00に毎日フリーワインの時間があり、滞在している各国の方と交流できて、とても楽しかったです。

I hope they remind me there is a near construction going on while booking or at least at check in so we can request to change the room. The noise is unbearable on the last two days affecting our sleep quality.

I was treated rudely by the staff and racially profited. I was treated like a criminal for trying to obtain the waters I was told I would get with my booking. They triple held 1300 dollars on two separate credit cards as a security hold and overcharged me at the restaurant. When I found the mistake they took it off the bill but feel they have shady practices. Beware.

Wow. The only nice person on the staff was the housekeeping lady. The security guard followed me when I went to get water like I was going to steal it, they triple held a security deposit of 1300 dollars on my card, so 3600 for a three night stay, the bar “happy hour” over charged me for the so called 10 dollar wine (33 dollars a glass) among other false charges. When I asked for two new bottles of water because we had checked in again for a new reservation the fourth night they again treated me like a criminal. I spent over 2k for 4 nights and was racially profiled as a pauper I guess.

Inside the Kimpton Theta is great, room was very clean, bed comfortable and staff was amazing. Unfortunately, the area around has become a bit rough (even for New York). I would recommend if traveling as a couple/ group, as a single woman I had to take a taxi at night. Thank you Kimpton Theta for making my stay wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kimpton Theta. Everything was great: room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, the hotel staff were pleasant, and the hotel was pretty quiet given how close we were to Times Square. Didn’t see this stated in the amenities, but free regular coffee from 6-9 am in the hotel cafe each morning. The location worked great for us, good proximity to theatres and short walks to multiple subway stops. And if you stay here and love gelato, Gelatoville is about a 5 minute walk, and we can’t recommend it enough!

Where to start… booked two rooms / family of 5 and they didn’t do joined rooms. Then, one of the rooms smelled terrible so I asked for a different room and suddenly everyone became very rude and almost insulted

Great trip! Every single member of the hotel staff we encountered was so nice and helpful. The location is convenient to everything! Just a couple block walk to Times Square, the subway, tons of restaurants, and shows…Room was very comfortable. Will be back for sure!

We walked into our room to find a hotel security person in the room trying to figure out who we were because they double booked the room. They said they were checking our luggage for names. This was really odd and concerning. We liked the location, easy parking and that they are dog friendly
