Even though it was 2 p.m. we were able to check in the Hotel. Pool is the best! Bath room is very wide and clean.

今回は一泊のみの宿泊でしたが、何泊もしたくなるホテルでした。スタッフの感じも良く、レストランのお料理も本格的でした。

とても綺麗で清潔なホテルでした。 周囲にスーパーマーケットがないため、何か必要なものは、先に購入したほうが良いです。

Nice people, decent place for a quick golf trip

The A/C was not very cool at all, and front desk, manned by people totally acclimated to the desert, advised to set the temp to 76 degrees. Ma'am, that's the temp I set my heater to at home, so no, 76 isn't really what I would call air "conditioning." But thankfully, the weather was GORGEOUS so it was fine. Also, felt like we had the whole property to ourselves. Highly recommend visiting in June!

We were expecting a lot more for what we paid. The staff was not so friendly (not welcoming) at check in, restaurant and the coffee bar. We managed to have a good time but I can say staff could use a bit of customer service training.

Great hotel. Really nice. Clean. Nice room especially. Got the deluxe superior room.

Very nice grounds, well maintained. Our room was more than spacious with a nice bathroom. Most rooms face one of the many pools. For a somewhat upscale resort with a hefty resort fee, we thought it odd that they don't supply robes. Did not try the fitness area. The coffee was one of those tiny brewers; in this class of hotel one might expect something like a Nespresso. And since they don't offer housekeeping AT ALL during your stay, you'd have to trek to the office to ask for more than one day's coffee. A drawback is that this location isn't close to anything, except the abandoned gas station across the road. Since their restaurant is hardly open at all in the low season (never during our stay), you have to drive several miles to get to the town of Borrego Springs for any services.

What a beautiful gem! I had a great solo trip and would highly recommend this place. Also the food was amazing at the restaurant and the staff were beyond nice!

This is my third stay at La Casa del zoro. I love the quiet atmosphere and beautiful scenery. So relaxing, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I plan to stay again !

The property is very nice and I loved the layout of the grounds. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I would have liked was if it had a ceiling fan above the bed.

Staff are knowledgeable about the properties and most friendly.
