Good service

I didn't like , how people treat the hotel, and how it smelled in the room , everything else was ok , trash on the floors soon you come up the elevator floor #4 .

Pet friendly and clean

Everything was good.

While the room itself was very nice and comfortable, outside the room, the facility was not clean or kept up. Also, I was not told at check-in that aside from the room charge of $151, an additional $50 hold was placed on my card for “incidentals” whatever that means. I was not offered a receipt upon checkout showing my charges and unfortunately, I didn’t think about it until I had already left the area. I was also told there would be an additional $30 charge if she checked me in at 2:20 pm but I was free to wait 10 more minutes and I could be checked in at no additional charge. I am 68 years old, I’ve done quite a bit of traveling and have never run into these issues at any other hotel. LaQuinta has always been our go-to because of the consistency of cleanliness, service, pet friendly and the breakfast. But I don’t believe I would stay at this location again. Very Dirty and outdated rooms! The floor was not swept or vacuumed, the sheets and curtains were stained, (I’m almost sure the sheets were not changed from the previous stay), the shower had hair on the walls, the elevator was filthy, and the room smelled horrible. I would not recommend staying here due to the uncleanliness. I was very disappointed with my stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

everything was great. everyone should have a getaway just be refreshed. LaQinta has always been great. always clean, safe, no bad smells and pets are awesome. could use a better mattress. toiletries were from apothecary series. omg the best

The staff is very friendly & helpful but the facility has seen better days. The area is very noisy at night. Many homeless men hanging around the outside of the property at night. Very loud shouting one night when an apparent fight broke out outside our window. Also the first night police in large numbers searched for armed robber on premises.

We stayed several times in this hotel and always enjoyed the comfort and convenience.

Friendly staff and rooms were clean

So I did request a first floor. I did get that which was appreciated and triple digit heat. However, the remote was only halfway compatible with the TV. I end up having to use my smartphone for waiting entertainment. That being said, I needed to charge my smartphone and Bluetooth. The outlets by the bed and by the desk require a switch near the front door to be on for them to be functional. This also turns on two lights near the entryway that cannot be turned off. So, if you want to use an outlet to keep your phone charged or to even use the alarm, you have forced to have two very annoying night lights. The inability to use the TV beyond viewing one channel at a time that takes 3 seconds each to load and the mandatory lighting will keep him my phone charging keeping me awake really made me regret she was in this hotel this time.

This is definitely a 3 star hotel. My room had some unsightly water damage. Over all my stay was okay. The staff was kind.

Roaches in the bathroom and climbing on the wall. Glass in the floor. Refused to give me a refund.

The rooms are not clear. Table had mark of water . The leaking of roof, drip all night. Noise level between walls after late hours. I will rate this hotel a 1 star

Breakfast was honestly not good. I’ve eaten at many Hotel breakfast and this one was definitely below par.. Upon check-in, my kids found a cockroach in the first room. They did move us to another one and we did not see any other bugs that were aware of, but there’s always that wonder if one or several crawled in our bag to take home with us.. definitely definitely not awesome in my opinion.
