The hotel wouldn't let me check in early even though it said I could pay for early check in online so I had to wait 5 hours to check in, then the room had bed bugs. A LOT of bed bugs. There were spiders everywhere outside and wasps nests.

No microwave in room spoke to front desk they said they would get me one but never did so me and my wife had to go out every night or eat cold food

Dirty, roaches EVERYWHERE! Trash still on the floor by the beds from previous tenants. Looks like they are renovating it but will not be coming back.

Beelining had stains

It was a nice place altogether

Towels, sheets and pillows were spotted with stains. The guy at reception was super friendly.

The tub was very very dirty the would not give another broom

Over charged and refused to refund

The hotel needs to place bibles in the room because it is the only thing that will save visitors from this motel hell.

Me hospedé por una noche, la limpieza es buena, las sábanas de la cama estaban ya percudidas pero limpias, mi habitación tuvo el problema que en la habitación de arriba hay fuga de agua en el baño y comenzó a caer en mi habitación a través del techo en la zona de la regadera y lavabo la cual fue reportada a la gerencia. No me pareció que ofrecen la habitación con el desayuno y es mentira ya que cuando llegas a la recepción te informan que no tienen el servicio de alimentos por lo que engañan a los clientes ofertando algo que no dan. No volveré a esta propiedad.

Hotel was extremely unclean and was not like what we saw on website under pictures. Room had bugs and there was mold and mildew on ceiling and in tub in bathroom. The room had a terrible smoke smell. We were there for 5 minutes before checking out and gettting another hotel. Avoid this hotel at all cost trust me.

no place to hang your close ,no one at front desk, limited breakfast not worth the money

We will never return. We ended up leaving within an hour of checking in. We were told we could not recieve a refund with the proprty even though THEY took our payment. They refused to stop payment or cancel the transaction. We had to leave due to the uncleanliness, unsafe, ant infested, room. We fent our chuldren were also not safe beacuse people stayed hovering around the outide of our room.

Staff is friendly.. budget wise its reasonable. Rooms are decent.

The first room they gave me had broken rusted facet hanging out of the tub. And workers tools on the counter.

Advertise that hotel was remodeled but it was not. Rooms are in bad condition need renovation urgently
