Quiet and fresh air

そもそも予約がされていないと言われた。普通の値段だったが、場所も中途半端で不便だった。

Stayed from Sun-Fri. My only gripe about my stay would be of how often you have to go to front desk to get your room keys activated again. Keys would demagnitize often.

I wish this hotel chain was in more areas than the Pacific Northwest. Was a great place to stay.

Furniture and knobs falling off and bed was way way too soft/lumpy

Outstanding service from all staff. The free shuttle, use of the safe and holding our luggage after we checked out (until time to go to the airport) were all enormously helpful services.

I stayed here for a midnight work during a heatwave in Seattle and could not get a working internet connection. They promised internet, I ended up using my phone's limited Hotspot. I notice at least 8 other phone Hotspots when trying to get online for work.

Airport shuttle was the worse unreliable, staff kept giving various excuses. Breakfast was a self help service of wrapped items. Will not recommend this place.

For the price it will do. Staff was a hit or miss. House keeping was not at all reliable. It was a headache getting house keeping to provide you with anything in the kitchen, we asked to borrow the vaccuum 3 times and was given an excuse everytime until the last day of our stay someone was kind enough to bring one to our room in which they stood there monitoring the use. The residence there had more hospitality than the staff. I am not one to give poor reviews because I feel that we all have a bad day here and there but this hotel sadly you had to be in their vibe for good service and thats not cool. So our rate over all is a 3 out of 5, giving credit the 2 times ww went down to the front desk and asked for clean towels and he did not interrogate us to give them. No names because we all need to support our families, and we are reasonable people. But definitely poor hospitality, for a hotel.

The shuttle service to airport was dependable and staff friendly. The room was in need of a few repairs but was quiet and comfortable. The morning breakfast was a grab and go with lots of good choices. It was better than many.

Furniture was dirty and old, lived the water pressure.

There were cockroaches in the room.

I’ve stayed here many times and enjoy that it’s in a quiet area. However seems preventative maintenance is never that important. Our kitchenette sink had a water leak that had been going for some time. There was water damage that was definitely 6 months old. Told the front desk, but it would take a miracle for the info to be passed on. Also when I asked for a plunger, the look I got seemed to imply that I was asking for something unique. Having close to 100 toilets on the property should make a plunger readily available and not “The Ark of the Convenant”

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. There are no food options in the area.

Very rude and unhelpful front desk customer service. Arrived at 1:30 and they said check in is at 3. Please come check back in 30. I went back at 2, they said rooms not ready yet, get back in 30. So I did. And guess what rooms not ready yet. I didn’t get the keys to my room until 3:30!!! I’ve been to hundreds of hotels, never have I ever seen room service go room to room in order and do not prioritize those who arrive early?? I even offered to downgrade my room to studio for the sake of getting rest but front desk employees did not care one bit… this place used to be great, now I am my sure if I will ever go there again.

Very clean, friendly and a shuttle that would take you to the airport and surrounding areas for dinner. Very surprised for the price point

Good service

Complimentary breakfast and laundry facility was a big hit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building would benefit from new carpet, though, especially in the elevators.
