Mi viaje me salió super bien. No conozco el downtown de Atlanta entonces fue la primera vez y me encantó. Lo que me gustó sobre todo fue el amable staff. Siempre que necesitara algo, ellos me ayudarían y especialmente el valet. Ellos me ayudaban aún si les preguntaba sobre lugares y distancia. Yo recomiendo a todos que busquen hospedaje en Atlanta que reserven alojamiento en Loews. Mi primera vez quedarme en Loews fue Miami Beach y ahora confio en su marca.

The hotel is undergoing renovations now, but this is my go to place when I want reliable and friendly staff. On the weekend the noise from Peachtree street is a little annoying. The billing between what I reserved and what I was charged can be difficult to work out but other than that it’s an above average accommodation for Midtown Atlanta.

I didn't like that the property seems to be under renovations/construction, and I wasn't aware before coming as I wouldn't have booked. it wasn't noisy however the aesthetic I've gotten in pictures was not that then I got there, and their restaurant / bar seems to have been moved temporarily to a small conference room type are, not appealing at all.

My stay was amazing absolutely great. The staff was very friendly and professional!

Everything was great. The only complaint was not being able to find restaurants but the hotel was under construction so that was understandable. Great place to walk to everything.

Everything was so clean. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Concierge was very attentive on your arrival and departure from the hotel. The room and the view was beautiful. The bathroom and bedroom was very clean. It was wonderful and I will be back. Special shoutout to Mr Douglas for the room tour and hospitality. And special shoutout to the general manager (I can’t remember his name), but he was so accommodating and helped me to check in early and made sure I got a room with a view. Such a lovely time. Thank you Loews ATL!!!!

The pool picture is a lie can’t even use it. Have us a fridge that looked like someone took a bat to it. No water

The staff wasn’t very helpful and it was super inconvenient to not have access to snacks, outside of the overpriced minibar. I didn’t have bottled water in my room the first night. The housekeeping staff was nice. The room was nice.

Warning: unless you want to stay in a construction zone, wait until the remodel is complete. Thehotels.com only noted one restaurant closed, but the entire hotel is under construction — no lobby, no restaurants, nothing open. The $25 “VIP” credit was useless since it only applied to room service. No water or coffee in the room. The front desk staff were rude, she would not even give me her name and covered her name tag, no manager was available, and they would not provide a business card. The room was clean but dated and rundown. With the lack of amenities and construction I would expect at least thoughtful service being a Loews Brand.

I came to town for a business conference and Lowe’s was located in the vicinity. I love everything was walking distance and the city is always beautiful. I love Atlanta.

Front desk staff was amazing, so nice and accommodated a slightly early check in. Lobby is under renovation but no real impact to our stay. Rooms are great - clean, modern, very comfortable. Adjacent buildings limit views even on high floors but there is pleanty of natural light

It was a great hotel. They are remodeling so the bar and restaurant is not open. Many places in walking distance. Clean and nice

Would not reccomend. Does not meet standards expected. Amenities were closed due to construction which started early in the morning. No mini fridge or microwave. There is an over priced mini bar. Small TV with no modern apps. Spotty wifi. Views not as advertised. Location did not honor VIP status or credits. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you are driving, there are wonderful places to eat within 5-10 minutes. I slept well. The mattress was perfect. Firm and comfortable. The staff displayed excellent customer service from the curb to the front desk. They were friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. They anticipated my needs and provided services with care.
