Checking in was a nightmare but the gentleman at the front desk made it effortless .

The room was stinky ( smells body odor), the bath tub was dirty, old with multiple scratches, the bath tap didn’t work and couldn’t take a shower from shower head! Scrambled eggs in breakfast buffer was stale and dry

felt kind of dingy....we stayed a few years ago and even though it has been a bit remodeled felt weird... bar restaurant service was terrible...only one or two people at the bar working and they were taking food and bar orders and running food. doing it all. and kudos to them but it could have been done better...the one morning the coffee was cold and not fresh...stayed 3 years ago and thought it was great but so great this time around

Good hotel

Furniture very out dated. The shower was peeling and no type of furniture out on the patio by our door. Online pictures lookes beter than in person. Also, the deposit was way too much for the condition the rooms are in.

Stayed overnight for few hours. The lobby and the lift were dirty. The room was okay.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel is clean. AC worked just fine. The pool area is so relaxing and quiet. The hotel may not be the newest, but it is well maintained and nicely decorated. I will be back.

Renovations were going on and I feel you should notify guest so they can make a decision whether or not to stay there. Also, most of your guests were in to see a game why not contact a shuttle service so guests can purchase transportation to the game.

Surroundings were great. Everything you need was close by but the condition of the hotel needs upgrading rooms are dark and dingy , being a maintenance supervisor very concerned with the dwellings of the room bathtub have plenty of chip paint plus the sink no hand soap available. They use body wash as hand soap, which is unacceptable breakfast should be extended longer plus a better menu

Needs updating. Good location

The hotel and staff were great. I left my credit card at the hotel and a very nice young man brought it to the airport

They didn’t honor my reservations then gave me a small room with a loud ac compressor , shower didn’t drain, keypad to the courtyard didn’t work. And shut my key off on my second night. Had to walk to the front desk at 1:20am to get them to turn them back on.

Overall, was good. Not great.

Need to fix the bar fridges. Freezer had so much frost we could barely close the door and the arm on the bottom shelf was broken. Being diabetic and needing the fridge to stay cold for meds was concerning.

It was ok

Although there are some nice amenities at this hotel, like the bar and the pool. In general, it was in need of some rehab. Leaky shower that didn't drain well, lots of coats of paint, tired carpeting.

It is not a bad place to stay, but the rooms need to be updated and fixed. Ripped carpets, faulty bathroom lights, paint chipped bathtubs, etc. Did not expect royalty style but expected it to be kept up better for the price you have to pay. Some updates/upgrades should be done every so often through the years anyways. However simple carpet rip easy mend, so is bathroom lights, and paint chipping. Just have to put the time efforts into fixing them. I could have got a whole house rental for cheaper, but choose to do this for a friend for their birthday and still did it because of the area of things to do. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, and nice. But it isn’t desk staff or bartenders jobs to fix the hotel. Have a family-friendly, pool, pet friendly. Just hope the make the needed updstes/upgrades.

Staff was nice and helpful. The pool and courtyard were great. Love the plants!

I cannot believe that Hotels.com would allow this hotel on its list. Ive been to a lot of countries & hotels & this was the worst. No luggage assistance. No room service eventhough it was advertised. Photos on the site suggest much more that u get. Commutation between phone lines was Out of Order. U get a room & a bed otherwise DIY. A sign at the front suggested that the Hotel was under Renovations. No evidence at all of this to excuse the run down place & lack of facitities shown on the Website. Hotels.com should not have this business on their books. I was shocked & disappointed with what i found. And the careless disregard of staff at the premises.
