The stay was amazing and the staff was really helpfull i had a really good time

Thete was no directions on how to use the tv,

The workers there are so kind and helpful especially with my issue booking through Expedia. But the room was very musty smelling and not the nicest in terms of the walls being dirty and the facilities a bit outdated.

The first room we were put in had a horrible smell and a cockroach crawling on the ceiling. The room we were moved to smelled better but there was a wolf spider waiting for us. We wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Was perfect for my stay. Loved the full size fridge/freezer for my extended stay.

Angenehmer Langzeitaufenthalt – rundum zufrieden Ich war insgesamt 22 Tage im MainStay Suites in Jacksonville und kann nur Positives berichten. Das Hotel hat sich als idealer Ort für einen längeren Aufenthalt erwiesen. Die Suite war großzügig geschnitten, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was ich gebraucht habe – besonders die Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Mikrowelle war ein echtes Plus. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar, egal ob es um frische Handtücher, technische Kleinigkeiten oder einfach nur eine Frage zur Umgebung ging. Man merkt, dass hier auf den Gast geachtet wird. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut: ruhig, aber dennoch nah an Supermärkten, Restaurants und natürlich Camp Lejeune – für mich war das perfekt. Auch der kleine Außenbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten hat mir gefallen, gerade abends. WLAN und Ausstattung funktionierten zuverlässig, und obwohl das Hotel keinen täglichen Reinigungsservice bietet (typisch für Extended-Stay), war alles gut organisiert – man konnte jederzeit nach Bedarf frische Sachen bekommen. Fazit: Wer länger in Jacksonville bleiben möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich habe mich während der gesamten 22 Tage wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare 5 Sterne!

The front desk clerk was rude. They were very stingy with soap and shampoo

Our room was so musty I barely slept. The moldy and musty odor was so bad, we couldn’t wait to leave. It was disgusting. And the shower was moldy.

NEVER again! We had to change rooms twice. The first one, the door didn’t shut fully or lock. The second one smelled VERY strongly of ammonia, and there was a huge water/mold stain above the bed. The third room was tolerable

The stay wasn’t bad, but did have an issues on our last day, as we were getting ready to check out a roach came out of the microwave in our room.

We were pleasantly surprised overall. The nightly rate was lower than most of the other "name brand" hotels around it and the staff and accomodations were really nice.
