レゴランドちかいです！　この辺りのホテルはだいたい泊まりましたがここが料金てきにもいちばん気に入りました　また泊まりたい　マイナス点はドライヤーがぼろいとゆうか壊れてた

子供がLegolandにいくのに利用しました。徒歩で専用出入り口を使えます。かなり広い敷地なので宿泊場所によって5-10分かかると思います。レンタカーで行って翌日はサファリにも行きました。部屋はきれいです。食事は利用していないので評価できません。

Overall everything to good standards.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We were not disappointed, and would come back if the opportunity presents itself. I was also close to or a short drive to the places we wanted to go to.

Stayed in a different section this time. Staff was good at addressing noise issues from neighbors that were loud after curfew. I appreciated that with small children.

No elevators. If you're on the 3rd floor like I was and have a heavy luggage, like I did, it was not an an enjoyable experience lugging it up and down the stairs. Besides that, my corner suite was extremely clean and spacious. Still would recommend.

Very clean, well maintained, family friendly. The room was awesome and so was the rest of the property.

Very nice room and the pool area was well kept. Overall a great experience.

Great location for legoland and great for kids

Love the back entrance to Legoland! Super convenient!

We were upgraded to a three bedroom two bathroom unit with a large dining table that became a hub for our groups activities. We did have to pay $35 a night for parking.

This was a 2 night family of 3 stay to visit LEGOLAND and the convenience of walking through their private entrance was really nice and the main reason for the visit. We used the pools which were also nice and appreciated the options. It was quite a large area the resort is on so there’s a shuttle service to take you around if needed. Room was clean, although there were quite a bit of spiders/webs around, the room itself was clean and shower was hot.

It was okay. The customer service felt transactional not personable.

My experience was pretty good overall. Easy check-in (would be nice if it was at 3pm instead of 4pm), room was clean, spacious (for one) and quiet. I liked that quiet hours were reminded every day via text.

We saw lots of spiders in the room. The right hand sink handle was loose, you could hear the neighbor from upstairs anytime they walked. The pool staff were overwhelmed and gave poor service.

The internet/expedia needs to be re-educated as to the offering of early entry to Legoland-NOT. The rooms that are below 1 bedroom also needs to express that the larger pools/playground are buildings over, as is the parking/walk to private entrance. Had to upgrade to meet my expectations and bill was posted incorrectly to my CCard. Had to reiterate a proper billing. Most available restaurants are at surrounding hotels-even a fresh cup of coffee! Very nice room, but would do more research next time. Also Expedia Customer Service confirmed park early access and THAT needs to change! Good vacation, but disappointing in some aspects. Did find property quite nice but would not stay in anything smaller than a one bedroom. Pool was quite large and nicely landscaped.

Lots to do if you’re looking for a resort. Bed was very uncomfortable

We had a great time and especially enjoyed the lovely pool areas and the private entrance to legoland!
