I couldn’t get the tv to come on. There were no instructions. Also, there was no hot tea available.

Place advertised a private bath, in actuality two of the three units had a shared hallway bath, including ours, which was unacceptable. We always check the cleanliness of the bed when we travel. It had a very old 6 inch mattress with a large old worn 10 inch foam pad on top. Not comfortable at all. There was a dingy fluffy white carpet in front of a mirror in the room. We moved it to see the condition of the floor underneath and found a dirty Q-tip. We decided to leave immediately and did not stay the night. We called and left 2 messages with the “host” but received no response. We attempted to get a refund through Hotels.com but were not successful because the host did not respond to there inquiries either. This property was rated 9.2 out 10, which I find hard to believe and makes me question the validity of the reviews.

It was lovely to stay in this historic home and enjoy the comfy bed!

No breakfast was provided, with no explanation. All the guests were waiting and we never saw the owner, nor was any explanation given for the absence of coffee and breakfast. I recognize that emergencies happen but a quick note could have been left.

It was a quiet and beautiful place to stay!

Kind hostess. Self entre with secure code. Comfortable bed. Shared bathroom. Delicious breakfast choices.

The house is neat and old. The breakfast was more of a European type - croissant and cold cuts than one would expect from a real Bed and Breakfast. The shared bathroom was a slight surprise and we only saw the owner briefly. Overall a strange experience. The house is in an evolving neighborhood and on a busy street (not too bad at night)....

We came to Spokane for a Mini Vacation and a Wedding! we had a nice stay, and Bryce was super friendly! The stairs are super noisy! and the only thing I would suggest is a trash can in the bedroom. Thank you so much had a wonderful time.

Holland is an amazing host we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

This was such a beautiful relaxing stay everything about it was perfect for us as a couple. We are huge fans of bed and breakfasts and we kind of go around everywhere looking for new ones to try. This will be one that we visit again and again. It was clean especially for being such an older place usually we stay in old places and you'll find dust in different random places but not here I highly recommend!

I was fortunate enough to be the only guest staying while I was here and it was absolutely magical. The house is so cozy and having the common areas to myself really made it feel like I was just at home, if my house was beautifully and ornately decorated. Not to mention the mattress was probably the comfiest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I”m recommending this place to anyone passing through or near Spokane.

Fabulous location. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was served between 7:30-9:30. We showed up at 8:10 and the food the other couples raved about was gone and there weren't even enough plates... No one checked on it until it was time to clean up. And even I was not asked how I enjoyed breakfast, which was nothing, because the leftover things are nothing i can eat.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Marianna Stolz house. It was easy to find, check in simple. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed. We chose to share a washroom which was just down the hall, housecoats were provided. It felt a bit strange to be in the house without a host! There were other guests, but we did not encounter anyone. The continental breakfast was laid out in the dining room, good selection of quality food. We would stay here again.

Unfortunately my plans changed a week before my stay and I was unable make it here. Neutral review

We stayed one night , it was a delayed honeymoon. We had the best time ever. It is a beautiful home. So much character. We had a beautiful room with a king size bed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, I can’t say enough good things. Only bad thing, we couldn’t stay another night .

Great B/B!!

We found this to be a great B&B. You must be able to navigate stairs, and not mind the music that truely old stairs make. The breakfast was much better than i imagined.

Character and charm.

Was a wonderful B&B. Quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Checking was virtual and room was beautiful. Couldn’t hear anyone else who stayed minus when they came up the stairs. The house was gorgeous inside and the porch outside was nice to sit at. Will definitely come back here and stay again
