We found our new favorite spot in St Augustine! Perfect place for a weekend getaway. And the views are spectacular! 10/10 recommend!

The staff was excellent. The hotel was newly renovated with beautiful rooms overlooking the bay. A plus was the complimentary arrival appetizer and excellent breakfast that was included with your stay. I will definitely come back.

Lovely stay!! Amazing breakfast!

Marker 8 is in a great location on Anastasia Island across from old St Augustine. There are many good restaurants and interesting places to explore. The walls between rooms are thin and we could hear our neighbors voices and TV until 11 pm.

I can't wait to come back! Beautiful hotel and wonderfully situated on the river with gorgeous view of historic St. Augustine! Staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel is just lovely!

Last minute booking on a weekend, checkin was smooth, room clean, bed comfy enough- I would stay again. A little pricey, but I know it’s summer weekend in St Augustine … unfortunately the way it is. Nice view to relax by and Belinda was a pleasant server for breakfast!

Überraschung und Geheimtipp in St. Augustin! Super süßes Hotel mit hervorragender Aussicht auf die Brücke mit Hafen und Altstadt. Durch und durch maritimer Style, der durch das Personal bis ins kleinste Detail gelebt und verkörpert wird. Kleiner Snack am Nachmittag mit Kapitän als Bedienung und persönlich zubereitetes Frühstück inbegriffen. Super nette und hilfreiche Tips für das Dinner und Sightseeing von der Rezeption. Von der Terrasse am Zimmer konnten wir einen spektakulären Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Loved being on the water and the Bridge of Lions. Excellent outdoor space. Views were awesome...we watched a baby shark all morning.

Great hotel with a nice view of historic St. Augustine and the Intracoastal Waterway. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Included breakfast is really nice. So much better than a chain hotel buffet.

Small boutique hotel. Very clean updated rooms. The friendliest staff I have experienced in a long time.

This hotel was quaint and beautiful! The view was breathtaking-Bridge of Lions, boats crossing, city lights on the other side of the water, water birds walking along the coast…beautiful and serene. The room was nice, simplistic and clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was so delicious and Belinda the waitress was efficient and friendly. Breakfast at the Captain’s table was a great way to start the day. Didn’t get a chance to try the social hour hors d'oeuvres, but heard they were good. One minor negative is there was no AC in the elevator, and it does take a little bit of time to get you up to the 2nd floor.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned.
