Amazing stay as usual. Great location, spacious and clean accommodation with up to date amenities.

Nice renovated apartment with kitchen, living area, bedroom and washroom. Safe neighborhood near 5 street. Check in procedure needs improvement because I waited over an hour to get into my apartment. I left my souvenir Miami Open visor in my apartment when I left but the staff said they couldn’t find it.

I am requesting a full refund for this stay, as the conditions were unacceptable, unsafe, and nowhere near the standard advertised. Mold on unsafe windows, broken curtains, noise from cars, room next to stop in the street, broken WC, light fixture broken, dirt under the furniture, noise fridge, watermarks on floors, curtains didn't close complete, light coming out from street at night, no front desk, kept you waiting for long time to answer and get your codes to check in, horrible management... this is false advertising, no luxury at all. I hope I can upload pictures and video I got from that horror place.. please Make yourself a favor.... Skip The booking here!

The stay was good, communication with Mat was good, and the place is close to everything. I recommend. However, in the photos the place looks bigger than in person.

Owner and manager were VERY helpful!!!! They are VERY nice!!! There is Target, TJ Maxx and Public's grocery store in walking distance. The larger units are the better units. It’s an older building.

Tvs could be updated but overall it wasn't a bad experience

Quelques difficultés a joindre le manager pour le check in qui s’est finalement bien passé Max est tres sympa L’emplacement de l’hotel est fantastique La chambre (3) est de belle dimension et confortable L’ensemble est un peu vétuste Les stores sont cassés, le frigo tres bruyant Le plus difficile est que les fenêtres ne filtrent pas du tout le bruit de la route juste en dessous, entre les gros V8, les camions et tout le reste, les nuits sont difficiles…il faut acheter de la melatonin au Publix situé a 200m pour dormir Les employées sont tres gentilles Quelques travaux sont indispensables pour rendre ce lieu parfait!

This was our first time in Miami as a family of 4, with two small children, and we were beyond impressed with our apartment and the property overall! It was spacious, stocked with all necessities, and very comfortable! We found the location so safe and accessible ( and the complementary beach umbrellas were a wonderful bonus!) Max was a delightful host! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our time at Sunny Days apartments in Miami Beach. The two-bedroom apartment was great for our family. My wife and I had a cozy room with a bathroom, and the kids had their own room too. The small kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the dining table fit us all easily. We liked that bikes were available for rent and beach chairs and umbrellas were included - we used them every day! We also appreciated the onsite parking, even if it cost extra. The location was perfect, with a grocery store just a block away. We could walk or take a short Uber ride to the beach and Ocean Drive. Overall, Sunny Days was comfy, handy, and really thought of everything. Highly recommend for a fun Miami Beach holiday!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Parking area was very small but we made it work. There was a kid constantly running above us, but it didn’t really bother us. I had a peaceful week and would do it again.

Nice apartment, a very good layout. The apartment needs a little maintenance and cleaning, the floor was scratched and dusty in the corners and a lot of musty smell inside. During the night you hear a lot of noise from the neighbors above and any noise from the street could also be heard

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Ocean Drive, South Beach und nahe der Wohnung haben wir unseren super Frühstückslokal “The Sunny side” gefunden. Wir waren in einem „Delux“ Apartment und leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Appartement war eine Bruchbude, Nicht sauber, verratzt, die Putzfrau musste auf unsere Beschwerde noch mal kommen. Erst am 2. Tag haben wie Duschvorleger bekommen. Die Fenster wurden glaune ich seit 4-5 Jahren nicht mehr geputzt.

Absolutně perfektní ubytování. Krásně čisté, dobře vybavené a na skvělém místě. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

The apartment is in the perfect area only 7 minutes from ocean drive . Easy to get in and out if the gate. No problems with parking we parked on the street . Spacious 2 bed 2 bath but the showers are small , the shower heads need deep cleaned and updated , the living room couch needs to be thrown out honestly, the coffee pot was left dirty and the stove top needs replaced.

My stay was great the place was very nice and clean and Roberto was very nice and helpful and it’s the perfect location to get to everything I will definitely be going back

L'appartement ne correspond pas aux photos présentées sur le site. C'est sombre et ça sent l'humidité dans toutes les pièces. Les poignées de portes sont cassées, les lampes de travers, les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas. Dans la cuisine, pas assez de vaisselle pour 4 et elle n'était pas très propre. La cafetière sale et la cuisinière toute abîmée. Une toute petite table pour manger avec seulement 2 chaises alors que c'est un appartement pour 4 et pour finir, on a trouvé une énorme blatte dans la salle de bain le dernier jour ! Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits et on avait qu'une hâte : partir !

Amazing apartment. Clean, spacious, wonderful location close to the beach and shopping areas. Feels like home.
