チェックインの時、フロントデスクに誰もおらず。しばらく待たされました。担当者は外で喫煙中でした。
戻って来た時は無愛想な態度。
2/16 朝食の担当だった女性は
ステキな笑顔で親切でした。
部屋は清潔、快適に過ごせましたが
バスタブの排水がとっても遅い‼️
詰まり気味です。
でも、機会があれば
また利用すると思います( ◠‿◠ )

The staff was really great and my room was clean. Chase did a great job during the check-in process and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast attendant lady was awesome. She made sure the breakfast area was clean and she made the waffles which really helped keep the waffle station clear of clutter. I will definitely stay again whenever I am in the area.

From check-in through check-out, everything was seamless. Very comfortable beds and the room was very clean. Great breakfast including hot eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, biscuits, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc.
During check-in, Kelly was very friendly and engaging and offered good advice on local restaurants. Lannette took care of the breakfast items and was also very friendly and engaging. Great customer service!
I would strongly recommend.
