Very ran down no light in room charged parking when rented room

I was hoping to have a nice stay but the worst part was waking up to bed bugs on my bed and a bite on my finger!! I packed right away and left. I told the person at the desk and they didn’t seem too concerned. I paid a lot and it was not worth it!! I asked for A discount or something and they said no!! Very disappointing

This place is literally across the street from the Dallas Cowboys' AT&T Center, which makes it REALLY convenient. The area around the property is a bit run down, but didn't feel threatening. The front desk staff are pleasant and oriented to serving their customers. The room we stayed in was a double, and was right for the price. Unfortunately, the elevator is iffy at best. We were able to go up to the 4th floor, but couldn't summon the elevator up to get back down....so we took the stairs. If I were attending another event back at AT&T, I'd stay here again. I just hope they do some update/renovation before then.

The property is located across from AT&T stadium which makes it easy to get to and from events/games. The rooms are standard and the staff was nice. The area outside did have a few homeless people but it is well lit and I didn’t feel in danger. Great affordable value for an overnight stay for an event. The only issue we encountered was the elevator didn’t seem to work on the 4th floor going down but did seem to work going up. Other than than no issues

The location across the street from the stadium was perfect, but that was the only good thing about the hotel. The front desk staff was rude, there were tons of repairs that needed to be done, and the overall hotel just felt rundown..

Wasn't let know that we'd be paying $50 parking bc there was an event. We paid to stay at hotel, I'd assumed it came with a parking place for me The staff up front are really friendly 😉

Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked great! Only complaint was someone smoking weed somewhere. Could smell it all in the hall.

Broken elevator. Had to walk down from the 4th floor a few times. Not enough towels in the room and when i went to the desk to ask for more, no one was at the front desk. Few broken tiles in the shower. No outlets near the bed

This property is badly broken down. I had to buy Lysol and air fresheners to make it through a second night. Absolutely no amenities. Parking was 40 dollars extra. No maintenance. Broken and dismantled ice machine. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because the rod was broken. Towel rack missing. Towel peg falling out of wall. No outlets within 5 feet of the bed. Had to ask for shampoo. No refrigerator. Chair so nasty I wouldn't sit in it. Bed was clean and no active bed bugs however there was a bloody lamp shade that is consistent with past infestation. The smell was horrible. This review is for Expedia's benefit and not for posting please. Thank you. I made a bad choice with this one because of location to stadium which is across the street.

Old picture on your site. Old, rundown, in need of TLC. Elevator scary, saw no inspection sticker. Price gouged for convient location.

The location of the motel was extremely convenient to AT&T Stadium. Beyond beyond that there is nothing else positive to say. For the amount of money that we spent, we expected a little bit more. For example, our room head, no shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer, tissues, and mini fridge. The water pressure in the shower was minimal and it was hard to shower. The elevator made horrendous sounds every time it came to a stop. Making us worry if we were going to get stuck between floors.

Stayed here because it was across the street from ATT stadium. They double charged me. The rooms were supposed to be non smoking but stunk so bad. They were run down and gross. They never mentioned a charge for parking but since there was a concert that night they charged $40 to park at the hotel without previous notice. The worst room. Definitely not worth $400!!

This would be a poor hotel in a 3rd world country. Plumbing was broken and electrical components didn’t work. Management was notified and was indifferent. Those traveling to this area would be better served sleeping in their car.
