I had booked a non-smoking room and paid the fee, but when I got there, the motel stuff told me that there is only one room available, which is a smoking room. He gave me a room key and told me to go to the room to see if I could stay in the room. The room smelled so bad, so I told him that I didn't like it. Then, he shakes his hand as if he was saying "then bye." But I had no place to stay, so I accepted the room. Next day, I found out that there are a bunch of roaches in the room including small and huge ones...So I went to buy a "Raid" and I killed at least 21 roaches during my stay. That was disgusting...Also, when I used the laundry machine, one of the dryers didn't work even if I put my money in. So I told the stuff, but she just told me to call the company for the refund. I thought she would return my money first and call the company to fix or pay the motel back. So it was shocking. When I checked out this motel, I realized that all of my clothes and stuffs I had smelled cigarettes even though I had washed them all. The good things about this hotel was the supermarket was very close and the housekeepers were nice.

Walked in the room and it smelt like Cat or dog piss! Dirty sheets! Floor dirty and sticky! Did not get the room i paid for. Paid for a kitchenette and didnt have one. Told receptionist and they said theres nothing she could do about it. Was charged a $50 pet deposit and walked in and it smelt like a kennel. Charged another $50 deposit for what i dont know. Worst motel room i ever walked in.

I always enjoy staying @ Motel 6/ Studio 6 in Augusta, GA on Wrightsboro Road..

TV had only half a screen. Other half was black. Baby roaches inn the bathroom.

This was was disgusting. We first were given a dirty I cleaned room. The. Given a second that smelled of mold and fresh cigarette smoke. Th me toilet wasn’t flushed and the shower hadn’t been cleaned. There was a naked man on drugs in the room Nextdoor that kept screaming. Needless to say…. We did not stay there. Run. This place is like a long term brothel for section 8 housing, and completely unsafe.

Check in was excellent but after entering the room, it went to terrible. If the Motel 6 corporate owns this property then they need to visit it. This property needs attention. Upon check in, my wife and I terminated 8 roaches and then requested another room. If I list all of the other problem we had it will take another page of typing. This was our first trip to Augusta and it was for the Masters tournament that I was lucky enough to win. I searched for a place to stay for 2 nights and the motel 6 was the only place available with in our budget. I understand that pricing is raised during this tournament but to charge $200 a night and then have the kind of accommodations that we had would be considered beyond the pale. I highly recommend that travelocity not recommend this motel on their web site. I will also try to contact Motel Six corporation and discuss this experience with them.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Hotel. I’ve never once in my life ever taken the time to leave a review positive or negative. But I can’t wrap my head around someone owning a business and being okay with providing such low a low quality experience. I genuinely believe this place should not be allowed to be open. The staff was exceptional . The facility is a disgusting disgrace. I had 4 rooms and one guy had to move because of flies!! I had no towels in my room. This property is an unsafe disgusting facility . Paying

Worse place we’ve ever stayed. TV did not work. Window curtain not in place. Roaches and bugs everywhere. (Killed 6 roaches the morning we left.) commode seat loose. No hangers in closet. No smoke detector. Big crack around entry door. Bed was made with top sheet on top of blanket instead of on top of fitted sheet. Housekeeping issues need to be addressed. Certainly not worth the $250 nightly charge.

Ran down got a lot roaches especially in the bathroom.

There was no problem with the room but they only room available was on the 3rd floor. My husband and myself are both disabled. My husband only has one leg and I have mobility issues. The evaluator was out of order so that was greatly inconvenient to have to climb 3 levels of stairs and we had pets with us.

This was great property to settle for a little while.

Place was filthy and scent of weed everywhere. We were sent to an occupied room. Then when we came back to reception and was given another room, there was roaches crawling in the room. This place seemed very unsafe.

If you want cold water, roaches, security constantly being called for people fighting in other rooms go ahead and book your stay. Otherwise stay away and don’t ever stay here !!

Front desk is very unprofessional. If you traveling for special occasions this is not the hotel. You can't not trust At least make sure you have four hours extra check in or check out and on top of that Room that I was staying 218 had no heat or hot water On winter Xmas . It's a lot of hotels around charge less money and give greatest service.

Staff was kind. Room was dirty. Roaches everywhere. Gun shot hole and large crack in shower. Blunt and lighter hidden in light fixture.
