The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean! I'm moving across the country with my cats, and I always appreciate having a place they can stay with me.

Had one of the best life experiences. With reservation and after a long day, we arrived almost at midnight to check in. Around 10 were next to the building’s door drinking, smoking and had high volume music. At check in, we were told the room was dirty, the receptionist was kind to drop tasks, grabbed a mop and went to get it cleaned. Waiting, we met a cop that was excited to have a side hustle providing security to the hotel. He explained the people outside had no place to live, therefore lived there. Also told us that besides ocasional problems, the place was calmed. A dude with reservation showed and was told there weren’t available rooms and canceled for him. This made me realize I was fortunate besides the wait. Finally walking to the room we noticed happy kids playing in the hall ways. The smell around was unpleasant. I started showing frustration, my girlfriend did not get involved and went to sleep. Next morning, the pressure to get out made us arrive early to Starbucks and avoid a huge crowd that arrived just after us. We were able to visit Ruby Falls on time and safely arrived home early. Among these experiences, we realized we need to improve our planning to avoid similar experiences. We we’ll not pick a hotel in the same category again in addition to not recommend it to anyone. My girlfriend is proud of her self after getting challenged and being able to maintain compassion and understanding. We’re so thankful with the lessons learned that we’ll go w 5 stars.

When I got to the property, The lady behind the desk told me that they do not have cable on the
Tv. The room was dirty. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. I stay there for 4 days and not once. Did they come to my room and clean it? They do not have a mirror in the bathroom so it made it hard to shave. They rated at a 4 star. It's not a 4 star, it's more like a one.

Stay Away! Absolutely disgusting. The front desk girl openly said they did not have house keeping right now and that they have one guy that is doing the best he can. Was told half the tvs dont work due to "switching cable companies" and that i "should" have towels and rags in my room. The printer wasnt working so i had to sign a blank paper for the contract. The card reader wasnt working so she made me write my number down so i could come pay the deposit later. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt cuz things happen so we just got our room key and wanted to get in the room and lock ourself in. The property itself is disgusting. Weird people all over. We felt very unsafe. Room was on the first floor. the hall way smelled and was just nasty. The walls the floor everything. We got into the room walked around and immediately walked out where we were greeted with roaches on the wall of the room by the door. Towels were dirty, room was disgusting, shower was brown. This place really needs to be shut down or updated.

I had a reservation for last night, driving from Chicago to GA for a funeral. I was stopped on the highway for 6 hours due to a semi accident. As per your website, check in is allowed at this location all the way up until check out. I finally arrived after being in the car for 16 hours at 6AM. I’m feeling relieved thinking I’ll be able to get 4 hours of sleep and a shower finally. NOPE. The lobby doors were locked, with no other entry options. I called the hotel 6 times with no answer. The Hotels.com agent was of no help either. As a female, I was left stranded in a place I didn’t know. I had to sleep in my car. Shame on you. I’ll never book with you again.

I didn’t get to stay here, when I arrived they informed me my room was given away despite being already paid for. I better receive a refund and honestly compensation for having to find a last second room elsewhere at an exorbitant price seeing as I drove 5 hours

This property is by far the worst I have ever stayed at, no security, drug dealing out in the open, property is in horrible shape (doors falling off hinges, roaches, toilet seats not even attached. That’s not even the worst, the worst was when people knocking on your hotel door all hours of the night. It’s very scary when you have a child and the front staff acts if it’s normal.

The rooms were in terrible condition, was moved three times during the stay. Blood stains on bed linen, TV's not working, clogged toilet, and bed bugs. This property needs inspection done By the regional supervisor of Motel 6. Lots of maintenance issues.

Hello. The front desk clerk was very nice and professional. The property was very dirty. Trashcans were overflowing with trash. There were no towels in the room. I had to return to front desk to get towels. The room was infested with roaches (I took pictures) and the a/c barely worked. The elevator smelled horrible and was in poor condition and did not have a required inspection placard inside the elevator. This hotel needs major repairs!

Upon arrival I was given a room that was currently under reservation the receptionist initially changed the room but didn’t actually know were the room was located so I had to walk around the entire 2nd floor to not find my room another guest guided me to opposing side of the facility where my room was. The room was infested with roaches from the bathroom to sleeping area even the refrigerator had them crawling in it. I tried to get a refund and was told I couldn’t due to booking online and having already checked in with a $100 deposit. I wouldn’t suggest anyone sleeping in those kind of conditions as soon as the lights turned off it was roach city

The property has zero clean towels. They checked me into a room that had no towels. The lady at the desk did try to find me a towel but gave up. The next desk agent said to wait until morning for towels??? Lol

Defiantly would not reccomend. We had no towels, tv broken, stains all over, it smelt like weed and piss. Luckly we were only passing through and needed a quick place to stay for the night. We used our own pillows and blankets since there was stains and burns in the bedding. Very run down and not in a nice area at all.

This is a horrible hotel. Homeless people all over the property. Nobody kicks them out. They follow you everywhere. I didn't even go to my room. I gave the keycard back and found a different hotel.

The clerk had a hard time checking me in and didn't know where the rooms were. The entire property smelled of weed and deodorizer. Was given a room where the TV was in programming mode and no remote. Then switched to a room I come to find was a smoking room (ashtray and all), only after I got in the room. Both rooms smelled but the elevator had the absolute worse smell of all.
