For the price this is actually a great place

The room was nice and renovated. The bed was comfortable. But I hated as I opened my room door, the smoky dingy smell in the hallways , and the front lobby smells like strong cigarette smoke odor all the time ! The terrible smell of this hotel really brings it down ! Which is too bad because the rooms are nice and spacious and lovely renovated.

Paid online for a nonsmoking room and was told they had only smoking rooms available. Even though I paid prior to my arrival, if a person walks in and ask for nonsmoking, the room is given away to them. But I was told that I can upgrade to a bigger nonsmoking room but I would have to pay more.

The king bed room thst I stayed in is nice and spacious. The room was recently renovated with new furniture which made it very nice . But the bathroom isn’t renovated. But at least it was clean . They need to power wash the ground by the entrance to the hotel , it looks very dirty . Then upon entering the lobby there is a very strong cigarette smoking odor . I’m not sure if the staff is smoking in the lobby .and the hallways have a musty and smoky smell, and so does inside my room. I have to keep spraying the room with my air freshener. So the smell is my only problem along with the dirty entrance floor right outside the hotel. But the upgrade to the rooms are a plus .

The motel was dirty smelled of smoke because they allow smoking in some rooms. The halls were dirty and dingy. The bed had dirt on it. They just covered it up with the blanket. The bed was uncomfortable. Several people had dogs and had them running around the halls. The lady checking me in was really nice and friendly. The highlight of the stay.

A very inexpensive place we've you get what you pay for. Not for me but was clean and good enough. The front desk person was excellent. I was disappointed with things in the room. Smell was musty in some, lack of amenities in room that ""had them": fridge & microwave. Great for the price and the front desk was so pleasant. My travel companion couldn't do stairs and manager was very accommodating when checking it, albeit early as well. Quietand worth the price. Would stay again. Branford is pretty low key and nice area

Quick and easy check in, room was clean and looked newly renovated. I was traveling with my pup, and they were very friendly and welcoming both her and i. Would absolutely stay again.

Property needs some TLC, room was decent, the floor was dirty in certain areas. The bathroom was clean but the towels are by far the most useless zi ever had, the towels dont dry and are falling apart. Strong smoke smell in the hallways but to my surprise it didnt smell inside the room.

Enjoyed my stay and will do it again.

Our toilet had plumming issues. The staff was not very welcoming and often were on their phones while we were asking questions. The key cards would only work once, then we would have to get it reset to work again. The door to the entry of the motel was broken and a part fell off as we walked in. At $80/night, we got what we paid for I guess.

Clean, friendly, and welcoming - especially if traveling with a pet.

Our AC stopped working and I came here with my cats while they were fixing our unit so we just needed something quick for the night. It wasn't very clean, my bedding had some stains on the pillows and although we got a non-smoking room it still smelled. Check in and check out was super easy.
