I booked a Deluxe room with bath tab as non-smoking and paid more than standard room online and paid in advance. But it was no bath tab and looked like standard room for me. Also towels and sheets smells a little tobacco for me. Before check-out time, my husband told the difference between our booked room and price but front staff told him "Expedia will sent us receipt" without apology. They charged us extra and gave us small room, so I want to return the difference of cost to stay if possible. It was very disappointed to stay there and I will not stay this type of 6 motels in the U.S.A. anymore again.

Overall the staff, location, cleanliness, etc was fine and what I expected for a budget stay. The issue was a repetitive metal clanging noise coming from a corner in the room at random intervals, but never more than a few minutes apart. (Like a morse code cadence). Unfortunately I was only able to clock about 2 hours of sleep. It didn't effect my daughters sleep one but. So, clearly only an issue for light sleepers.

Clean room, not the best part of town, other hotel patrons were very noisy.

The price was reasonable but the water in the bathroom was not strong enough. It took longer than it is supposed to be.

Would've rated 5 stars but fir the super creaky ceiling and walls. Awakened at 2:30 in the wee hours. Guest above me was walking back and forth. The loud, creaking noise was unbearable.

We had no shower curtain. Staff got it up. Loud disturbance during the night. Cable TV was out.

You get what you pay for. Simple and basic like the water pressure in the shower

This motel served our needs of a couple of nights while I attended meetings at HAPO Center. We really enjoyed the pool and that we could bring our dog.

They didn't have do not disturb signs. The cleaning lady knocked while I was taking an afternoon nap waking me up. I said no thank you loudly. She opened the door, I said no. She kept talking. I slammed the door and locked it. She still brought the manager to talk to me. She knocked on the door. Not okay. The place was really clean. The manager extremely kind. It would have been so good if this hadn't happened. Btw, I had told the same manager I didn't need my room cleaned and that I wanted to be left alone. She forgot. If housekeeping had left when I closed the door screaming no, no,no, I would have been upset but really getting the manager to disturb me after I closed the door, not okay.

the area around is dirty, bad smell, the price is too high for such a motel

We knew when we booked it that it was a budget hotel. But holy cow, they could’ve added a little bit of comfort. The room was fairly clean, but everything was incredibly cheap looking. The bed was like a giant sack of potatoes. Lumpy and completely uncomfortable. The pillows were the thinnest and cheapest I have ever seen. In order to sleep, I had to take the bath towels and stuff them under my pillow. The showerhead barely worked, and there was not even Kleenex or a hair dryer in the room. We had a small dog with us, and every time we tried to walk him in the Dog area they had the sprinklers running full blast. In fact, that’s the way the sprinklers were all over the property. They didn’t have them adjusted and they were spraying everyone’s cars so you couldn’t even get into your car without getting wet. The area outside our room was so soaked that there was a puddle in the lawn with three ducks in it. No joke! Also, we were not aware that there are tons of homeless living in this hotel. We walked down the street to a restaurant, but didn’t feel safe at all. We had the room booked for two nights, but it was so miserable that we literally left after the first night. I do not recommend this hotel at all!
