We found the room clean and its in a great location. My family likes staying here. Parking is lacking but, the location overcomes that. Great economical and clean hotel.

The rooms were okay and seemed fairly clean but the staff was extremely low on personality

Easy walk to the Island and easy access to the parkway.

The room was not the cleanest if you walked barefooted your feet was black from the nasty floor. The beds was not comfortable at all!

Dirty sheets, felt like we had to keep shoes on the entire time in the room. Didn't even have a drink machine or vending machine. Wouldn't recommend.

The front desk people were not friendly, just seemed bored or indifferent. The room was clean but vastly misrepresented in photos. it’s in a pretty noisy location, and the pool was so dirty and cloudy. The elevator smells of mildew and the ice machine was dirty.

This place was absolutely horrible!! They have bedbugs it’s disgusting dirty!! Hair on walls! Sticky on every surface!! Electrical hazards everywhere! It needs to be shut down. Please drop them from listings like your competition did!! The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life making several trips a year coming to this area! we’ve never left a hotel never we did this one!! Save your money!!

Booked and arrived paid a deposit and got to room and checked beds there was a Bed Bug problem and this wasn’t recent due to the stains and cluster of baby

Overall this hotel is pretty good for the price. The location is perfect, staff was friendly and it felt pretty clean. The pool area was clean, but had limited towels available. We had a two bedroom and should note that there are no air conditioning vents, so if the doors are closed there is no ac. There was a ceiling fan but it doesnt help much. My biggest complaint would be the noise from neighboring rooms. Walls are thin and if there is a loud group next door you can hear everything, and the whole room shakes if the door isnt closed gently.

Had a problem trying to find our reservation in the system but the friendly staff was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue. The room was bigger than expected. Everything was peaceful. We did have mold on the bathroom ceiling. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

We booked a suite! It was walking distance to the island which was very nice! But the rooms smelt awful. There was some holes in the walls, the toilet wiggled when you sat down or got up, the light in the other bedroom didn’t stop flickering (thank goodness none of our kids have epilepsy), the dividing doors didn’t open, and also the pool walls and floor were very jagged and rough. It wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been I guess… no bugs but the smell was god awful. Wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst!

Although the desk agent was nice and helpful, the cleanliness amd condition of the rooms were terrible. The smells in the lobby, elevator, and room, caused breathing problems.

A for effort in renovation but anything silver like the sprinklers and corners of the bathroom looked old moldy and or rusty . The tile ceilings were ugly and the pool we so badly wanted to get in looked small and dirty . I will say the suite I rented that had three bedrooms and three big beds were great my kids had their own room with an tv in each room . The price was 150.00 for a one night stay July 2025 including taxes . And it was within walking distance to Paula Deans and Alcatraz . Saw no bugs so that's always a plus.

The family suite was perfect for my family of 5.

I liked our room. It was very quiet and had a nice view and the staff was very friendly.
