綺麗でモダンなホテル。部屋によってはややコンパクトですが満足できます。

4pm check in time is a little too late. During my stay of 4 nights, I had room cleanings only twice. I wish they have a security box in a room.

ストーリーが感じられるホテル。レストランもラウンジもバーも居心地が良い！

Love the Moxy! We always stay here when we come to NYC, only downside is the rooms are quite small.

A good hotel. Very clean, quiet, well maintained and secure. Air con can be turned off and the windows open. Rooms are small, partly because the shower/toilet are too big. When you need to unpack the suitcase it can feel cramped but generally its ok. Didn't find a hairdryer but could be hiding somewhere

Incredible value for location. One street from heart of Nolita. Wonderful friendly staff. Amazing coffee and pastries option in am. Will be back for sure!

The people who work at the Moxy on the Lower Eastside are professional and some of the nicest hotel people I have ever met. This place is best for the under 40 set I think. But I still enjoyed my stay, mainly because of their excellent staff. The area is safe enough. The subway is close. And the price is fair for the area.

Location

I stayed at Moxy NYC Lower East Side for 4 nights. The hotel is nice and modern with an easy check-in process. The room itself was very clean and clearly well-kept. Bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure, and the room was relatively spacious for a NYC hotel room. The location was also great in terms of having several nearby subway stations, which made getting around the city super easy. Special shout-out to Alex, the door man, who greeted as every day as we left and returned to the hotel. My only complaint, which is not really the fault of the hotel, is that my room was on the second floor on the side of the building where there was a night club next door. This made it very difficult to sleep as the club played loud music until about 3:30-4am. This hotel is great for all the reasons I stated above, but light sleepers beware!

Property and location were great. My only complaint is the size of the room.

Staff wasn’t too friendly and for how much it was the room wasn’t worth it.

despite hard sell on roof to bar and views as guests of hotel our 19 and 16 year old were refused access. Nowhere to store clothes so lived out of suitcase. We paid extra for an executive room but all we go for this was double height space , very poor room facilities and lighting control and lights that didn't work. Complex complimentary services that staff couldn't explain so we were unable to use them

Great location

No Conditioner in the bathroom, request for extra pillow refused, room was serviced only once in 5 days after repeated requests. No tea or coffee available in the room Coffee available in the lobby only from 7 -10 Am Hangers in the room are fixed to the wall , cannot use to hand hoodies or t- shirts without ripping off the collars . Housekeeping staff not aware what is a bathroom sleeper . Rooms are super small. Bathroom exhaust is ineffective. Room Ac makes a whistling sound every time the compressor kicks in waking you up. Don’t waste your money , there are far better Hotels at half the price. Continental Breakfast consists of small youghurt, a small juice bottle and muffin everyday , nothing else . It’s a joke. On the positive side Front Desk staff was very nice.
