Great place and would stay there again

Cleanliness is excellent but I was not able to shower, tub drainage and sink wouldn’t drain.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with the experience. When I checked in, I was assigned room 111. As soon as I entered, the room had a very strong smell of pets — like dogs and cats. It was unpleasant and unacceptable. I immediately went back to the front desk and explained the situation. At first, the solution offered was just to clean the room again, which I refused. Then I was told there were no other single rooms available. I asked for my money back, since I did not want to stay in that room. After speaking with the manager, they finally gave me a double-bed room at the same price, and apologized, mentioning that the original room was the one used for guests with pets. My main issue is: if I never requested a pet-friendly room, why was I placed there in the first place? The smell was terrible, and it made my check-in experience very frustrating. Even though they resolved it by moving me to another room, this situation should never have happened. Guests deserve to be placed in clean, fresh rooms right from the beginning.

Step up from Motel 6 - my room was dated and just kind of musky. The breakfast available is room service only, which consists of a heated up frozen burrito. Staff was nice, I just wouldn't stay in this chain again

We made the reservation because we were going to a show at the amphitheater. We were happy to find that it was only about a 10 min walk, which was perfect for us. The room was clean and quiet. The location of the hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. We had an excellent stay. Thank you.

Saw a small spider in the bath tub. Otherwise, no issues.

The hotel room was surprisingly a good size for 2 people and 2 dogs. The kitchen was a great addition with a full size fridge, stove and coffee maker. Cleanliness was superb. Customer service was outstanding.

Super location, easy to walk to all the action in the Old Mill district. Loved that it is dog friendly and their fee for my dog was only $10! Great spot!

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Location is walkable to stores, shops and restaurants.

It's just 2mins walk to Old Town Mill which is quite a convenient for us.

Extremely convenient to Old Mill and Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Very clean room, comfortable bed and recliner. Only area that could use improvement is better lighting at the entrance at night.

Front desk was staff was extremely great!
