This is an older hotel. It has been kept up rather well. It is conveniently located across My old Kentucky home. A very nice place to stay. There is not much to the continental breakfast. Would stay here again.

The stay was quiet the pool was fantastic and very clean. We enjoyed the stay.

Smelled terrible an ac didnt work, loud people outside at the pool and i was told this was the last room available an that was not true. I would have left had the money not already been taken from my account.

It was very convenient to The Stephen Foster Theater.

We picked the motel for the location after reading previous reviews. We walked directly across the street to My Old Ky Home State park. The room was very clean, updated, and photo was accurate. Staff was friendly. The pool was clean and had plenty of seating with umbrella tables. Great value. Location and a simple free breakfast included.

Very old, looks like people are living there even had the laundry hanging outside on the rails.

Rode up for the Hoka Hey Rendezvous, and looking at comparable prices, was a little concerned as it was less than half the cost. For sure, this is a motel facility, but what a pleasant surprise. Super clean, convenient, and incredibly charming. The staff were amazing and friendly. Sometimes it's the perfect match - a quaint, cozy, friendly place. Not to take anything away from a larger chain, but they can be sterile. And you just can't beat the price! Super happy and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The price. The owner and his family were great. Always seeing if we needed anything and if we were ok. It’s just outdated.

Perfect for a quick overnight trip.

We were told after getting in the pool and my grandson swimming for sometime that the pool was not yet opened due to health department not inspecting it yet. When ask why it wasn't locked with a sign on it management got very rude and stated everyone should know the pools in Bardstown did not open until after June 1st.

A good place to rest and relax.

Guy was rude about mix up in dates. He made cry. I felt like I was a criminal. He slightly raised his voice to me. He was not nice. His wife was super nice, when I checked in. They called me in room, come back to office.

It was not so great in my opinion. 1 packet of sugar. 2 washcloths so in morning none for baths. 2 hand towels. No Kleenex. Office locked in morning for checking out.

A great budget hotel when visiting Bardstown. Close to everything. Clean and has very comfortable beds. Only downs were lack of a comfortable chair and a “low rider” commode. Minor things.
