立地も周辺環境も良く、ホテル室内も洗濯機・乾燥機完備だし、キッチンも食器やカトラリーが揃っていたので、食事もテイクアウト中心に過ごせてよかった。 が、1点だけ騒音が気になった。 周りの工事音、エアーコンディショナーの自動運転や水回りの音などで熟睡しにくかった。

I stayed here in August 2025. While the location was convenient, I had a very negative experience regarding the deposit. The hotel deducted some money as a “cleaning fee,” even though this was never disclosed at booking or check-in. Moreover, no cleaning service was provided during my stay, which makes this charge unjustified. Transparency is critical, but this practice felt misleading. Future guests should be aware of undisclosed fees before booking.

I want to share high praise for One Dutch Hotel. My friends and I wrapped up our stay over the weekend, and I literally cannot say enough about how wonderful our time was there. First of all, the room we reserved was perfect for our needs. It was large, very clean, and had enough space for us to sleep (two rooms and a sleeper sofa). The kitchen area was large and allowed us to sit and chat and not feel cramped, plus the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cleaning supplies. Making us even more happy was the 1 1/2 bathrooms. No one had to wait to get ready, no stress, no worries! Also, if you like to work out, like my friends and I do, the gym in the basement is amazing with plenty of equipment for all of your interests. Want a relaxing space to enjoy the NY skyline? We loved the rooftop space at the hotel. It is worth the trip upstairs! Finally, and most important, I want to commend the One Dutch Hotel staff. Everyone there was very gracious and incredibly helpful. My friends and I felt so welcome. Every time we spoke to someone on the staff, we walked away with a smile. I have had a lot of different travel experiences and have stayed in many different hotels and short-term rentals. One Dutch Hotel is in my top five of places to stay because of the kindness of the staff and the quality of the space. You will not be disappointed if you make a reservation there!

Great for family

This hotel had a good location. Close to the Fulton square subway station and many restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and modern. Dryer didn't work for us. It never dried the clothes. Beds were comfortable. There was some noise you could hear from construction on the road but I don't think they could control that. Staff was friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage in the reception after our check out as our plane didn't leave until late at night. Rooftop was nice. Had take-out dinner there once.

There is no city view on this property. Great location! Use the subway as your transportation. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean (old) but clean and updated. The vents need attention. There is only 1 TV in the main room. All in all as a family of 5, in the Deluxe 2 Bedroom with bunkbed, we had a comfortable stay NY. Thank you!

Lovely apartment to stay and very comfortable at a reasonable price for NY.

A perfect stay. Well, except for the false 2 am fire alarm, but I can't fault the hotel for this. The staff was friendly, and the place was impeccable. I would stay there again.

We loved the property! It was nice and clean but parking was frustrating. We were surprised that we only got one set of towels pp (no extra) for 3 nights. Young man at the front desk said we had to wash our towels. I wish we’d taken our own because who wants to do laundry when you’re busy each day! Didn’t understand having the high cleaning fee. Especially, considering we cleaned and left the place immaculate because there’s a check list of everything that is required before checking out. Ex: washing your dishes, taking linen off beds, placing towels in a certain spot etc. Lots of rules! Overall, the staff were really nice and our corner room was very nice and spacious. They did leave a box of chocolate and a card because we were there for my daughter’s college graduation. Very thoughtful! Overall, I do recommend it. The most spacious hotels I’ve stayed at in NYC with comfortable beds.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus, aber im 9. Stock war der Lärm erträglich. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Great location—close to many restaurants and metro stations with easy access to all of Manhattan. The hotel allowed Amazon packages to be delivered before arrival, which was super convenient. The apartment was nice and the beds comfy. The downside: $75 charge for a baby crib. We’ve traveled to 20 countries in the last three months, and this was the only hotel that charged for it—and at such a steep price! You could buy a portable crib at Walmart for $40.

We chose this hotel as it is one of just a few affordable "apartment" style properties in Manhattan FiDi equipped to accommodate a larger family. The hotel is conveniently located near many metro stations, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and other retail businesses without having the added overflow of tourists and 24/7 activity that you would see closer to Times Sq. That said, this property lacks the traditional hotel services ie. housekeeping, restaurant, bar, room service etc that one might expect elsewhere and this may not appeal to all travelers. Although we found the apartment to be sufficiently equipped with kitchen supplies, small appliances, toiletries, linens, washer/dryer and even a vacuum cleaner, we did run into a number of small maintenance issues such as difficult to open kitchen drawers missing handles, a shower door that leaked badly, a bathroom door that didn't close properly and an A/C system that seemed to have a mind of its own and never functioned properly for our entire stay. Not surprisingly, we also found our bedrooms to be tiny and lacking in closet/storage space and/or dressers which meant we basically had to live out of our suitcases. We were, however, in agreement that the beds were very comfortable. The sofa bed was hard to pull out and seemed very firm to the touch, but turned out to be by far the best hotel sofa bed I have used in my many decades of travel. We did not experience any of the noise issues others here have mentioned.

Lovely apartment in a good location but AC did not work so it was hot and uncomfortable at night. It did not get fixed despite our communication of the issue to reception.
