We've stayed here a few times now and it's been great every time. The front desk staff have been friendly and helpful, the rooms have been clean, the pool is great, and the price is really decent. We've had no issues or complaints. Convenient location with lots of parking.

I'm not crazy about this property..!! I mean it's a place to shower 🚿🚿 and get some rest..!! Period... !! Nothing special

Seems like they were having issues that need addressed like plumbing. Bed was confortable. Room was nice and clean

My friends and I were pleased with the hotel, knowing we were just looking for a reliable place to stay that would allow us to sleep well. The hotel did just that.

My stay at the Orlando palms hotel was great. Located right next to Florida mall and multiple restaurants, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Will be back

It was pretty noisy from people walking in the hall ways the key card would give us trouble opening the door. The bed was ok but customer service was great.

Love the place good friendly staff pool area was great room was nice and clean staff are always on top of keeping your room cleaned daily the only thing that gets me is the $25 a day to park but other then that it was a great stay

Check in with Marilyn was very good. Very Helpful. Pay for Breakfast was not available at 7am as promised. Good Value for the price.

Bed was not comfortable had to push the door so hard for it to open ants in the restroom

It was ok, but will not return. The first night, we saw roaches in the hall. The bathroom had the light flickering all the time and the wallpaper from the bathroom had parts hanging with mold on them. The shower didn't close well, it was always dripping water on top of the lower water faucet and had the continuos sound that bothered all night. In the second day, they did the room but didn't left any towels and we has to go all the way to front desk since the room didn't had a desk phone. On the morning before the day we were checking out, while we were preparing for the parks, the housekeeping lady knock and inmediately opened the door without giving chance to answer and my partner was in underwear, thank God we had the metal lock on the door. She didn't apologized and said we were checking out when we still had a day left. Then asked if we were smoking since there was an odor. My partner said no and that we didn't want service that day and DND sign was not in the room. When we came back, they indeed came in the room and dropped some towels. Bathroom didn't had hair dryer either. A good thing will be that beds were comfortable and sheets appeared clean. But other than that, will not recommend.

El hotel se mira un poco viejo, pero las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Llegué y me dieron rápido mi habitación. La 223 o 227 no recuerdo bien, entré y el aire no funcionaba, bajé y les comenté el detalle, para estoy la mujer que me atendió en el check in y en mi queja era la misma, a lo cual ella me dice no puedo hacer mucho ya que estamos llenos, no puedo cambiar la habitación, después me fui y me bañe pero el calor estaba duro, volvía bajar y le comenté de nuevo pero ya estaba otra mujer y ella me dijo sin problema te cambio de cuarto, y me dió otra habitación. Mi experiencia fue buena, solo ese detalle que no me gustó pero al final se resolvió. Y si preguntan si volveré, la verdad si, está muy cerca de las mall y de la subasta de autos.
