設備よく一見出来るところは掃除されていました チェックインは親切でした ランドリー綺麗です 若年層のスタッフが多く残念ですがチグハグなサービスだった気がします 朝食を丁寧にサービスしてくれたのですが、解凍しただけの生温いワッフルは美味しくないです 連泊に昨今の風潮でしょうが、ハウスキーピングサービスが無いそうです 一泊のみをお勧めします 値段の割になんだかなあ？と言った感想でした

It was fine for the one night we were there. A bit far from dining options. Easy walk to Safeway. Room was ok, beds were not great. Not a lot of breakfast options.

Lovely stay. Megan at the front desk was awesome and a great representative of the hotel. Second stay this week and will be back.

It is very nice hotel providing good service. The room is very spacious, the beds comfotable, full breakfast buffet style served by attendant. The carpet clean, very good room decor. However, the hotel is located along 2 highways and our request several days in advence for a quiet room was completely ignored. So,we spent pretty noise night there.

very clean, warm and homey the extras were nice, and the area where tired travelers could get a sandwich without going out again.

The room was immaculate, and in good condition. Reception staff--especially Megan--was more than helpful and patient with questions. A nice touch was the "Social", with a complimentary cocktail and appetizer each evening. The complimentary breakfast was, I'm sorry to say, fairly basic. There was a friendly staff person who served your plate, but the choices weren't up to the quality of the hotel. The rooms that faced the highway entrance ramp were noisy, at all hours. The rooms facing the other direction were quieter at night, but starting around 8am an adjacent carwash started up. None of the noise was unbearable. All in all, I would definitely stay there again the next time I'm in the area.

I booked because of the online pics and to be honest a free happy hour drink. I won’t bash the hotel, but I’ll add pics of my experience. The green pic is what I believe is black mold on the sprinkle system of the pool room. ( I’m a commercial electrician that works around these systems on a daily basis so I know what black mold looks like. ) Maybe they sprayed black paint around 2 of them near the water stains on the ceiling for rustic ambiance, you be the judge I guess. Grime in the corner of the bathroom is god only knows what. Knowing that previous clients have graced your room with copious amounts of their DNA, please remember to bring shower shoes. The drywall rot and mold under the peeling wallpaper in the shower gives you something to stare at while using cheap bulk multi use body products to sanitize yourself from the dirty hallways you’ve traversed before breaching the gateway to germ heaven. The door in bathroom is rotting away. Hair wad on the ceiling in the shower was interesting to say the least. Not to be outdone the toilet sprouted some of its own fur. The “carpet”didn’t match the “drapes” if you know what I mean, so that was proof it Isn’t an isolated incident. A forensic science student could easily complete their master’s degree thesis with the volumes of genetic/biological remnants left in the bathroom of our room when we arrived. Sink is cracked. ( self explanatory ) Towels and bedding has black stains on them. Not a 3 star hotel!!!!

I used to stay at this property 20 years ago for business. It was amazing then. It’s still nice, but I believe they haven’t upgraded much since then. The hot breakfast is very nice. And the staff were pleasant.

There were only 4 tissues in the box. I have allergies so I used all of them. The toilet leaked all over the floor. I spilled a little bit of water on the floor and cleaned it up with a wash cloth and it turned dirty. The floor was filthy.

It was great like every other time I’ve been there. Great place to stop.

This was such an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and help full. The room was great and comfortable. The food was good. They have a different menu every day

I am disabled and have a service animal when we checked in our room was switched to a room that did not resemble the room I booked when we got to our room we realized it was not the room we booked and a guest across the hall was smoking tobacco in their room in a "nonsmoking " hotel. We reported the problem and were given another room that resembled the room I originally booked. Upon opening the door the room reeked of mold and mildew. The smell was overwhelming. We tried to open the window (see pictures and or video)and realized we were literally on the freeway not to mention the obvious mold problem. The A/C unit didn't work properly, which is why the room was probably full of mold and mildew. The TV remote didn't work and the room was filthy. The room I booked which was$172 and change should never have been made available in the rental pool. I spoke with GM who acknowledged the smoking guest on the 1st floor and claimed I booked a room on the freeway side apparently not recognizing that we were moved to that room. She said they could have maintenance spray the room to mask the smell I told her that was unacceptable. Her second recommendation was to move us again and charge us more money for an upgrade. I told her again that was completely unacceptable. I am requesting a 100% refund of all charges. I am a retired disabled Commercial Building Chief Engineer so I know quite a bit about buildings and this one needs a total overhaul. If we weren't so exhausted we would have lef

We really felt taken care of there. Everything was clean and lovely. The only reason I rated it a four instead of a five for property condition is that the decor is outdated, but that didn’t matter to me at all. We loved our stay there.

Staff was great but the room wasn’t clean; hair in the bathroom and the floor was dirty. The grounds were surrounded by a chain link fence that was dilapidated….looked trashy.
