ストリップから少し離れているので周囲は静かでくつろげる。レストランやカフェ、ファストフード店も入っているので便利。コンビニかドラッグストアがあれば最高なんだけどなぁ…！

Everyone was super friendly and the casino was clean.

The people were excellent very helpful. Great customer service If it was in the casino or the food courts the people were very courteous.

Slow check in huge line and only one person working desk. Room wasn’t ccleaned and never received extra towels requested.

I’m enjoyed my stay. Everything was excellent. I hope to return again .

The staffs are terrible, they lied about their rooms availability. We booked 3 rooms in the Fantasy Towers but when we checked in they told us we booked the Ivory Tower at the front desk which we didn’t check because we were so tired from our road trips. After checked in and went to our rooms we checked our booking centre confirmation which is obviously showing Fantasy Towers, we then went back to the front desk and talked to them, now they fold us because of the Fantasy Towers are sold out so they put us in Ivory Towers without telling us the truth in the beginning. We insisted that we wanted to stay in what we booked and paid for then they checked with the manager, here is the worse part, the manager came and said if we stay in Ivory Tower she can waive the resort fee (we don’t care about that, what we care is we get what we paid for) and no apologies! We insisted that we wanted the Fantasy Tower rooms which are what we paid for then she checked us into the Fantasy Tower. They do have rooms in the Fsntasy Tower why would they lied to us about the rooms are sold out!!!! This is not how you treat the customers!!! The staffs are a group of liars and not honest, the worst experience ever we have had.

I booked using Affirm and still had to pay almost $300 out of pocket so I should have just booked through the actual property instead of Hotels.com I would have gotten some kind of perks, and not hit with ridiculous fees, last time I will ever book this way.

Bring your pillow from home. The ones, the Palms have are like sandbags.

The palms hotel is extremely clean and staff is very friendly .Also convenient to entertainment.

Its a nice hotel, decent pricing. But nothing is free here aside from toiletries. Coffee in the minibar is nearly $4 per cup, ridiculous. If you go downstairs to the cafe, they have better coffee for $6. Its a casino resort, yeah its nice, but its simply a cash grab hotel. You can find better.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. I loved that the shower and toilet were in separate rooms, so I could shower while my hubby used the facilities..The casino more than meet our expectations, the staff was friendly and went above and beyond..
